The property is old and smells like smoke even though it’s a no smoking facility. Holes the the curtains and old bedspread. Carpet is old. The staff was doing their best to accommodate everyone’s needs but working appliances in the breakfast area would help them keep up w customer demands.

This place is poorly sound proofed. You could hear your neighbour talking and coughing. Children running around above us. You could hear phones in the rooms close by. Good thing it was only for one night.

I did not like getting to my room and there was someone booked in that room already. The door to the bathroom has a hole in it it doesn’t close properly and there was to hair dryer…just the holes in the wall where the hair dryer goes. Extremely poor conditions for the price I am paying for this room. I would like to be contacted by the manager.

The room was clean and quiet. I had 2 small dogs with me. The elevator was broken so it was cumbersome to get upstairs. There was no refrigerator or coffee station. There were shampoos and soaps etc., but the packaging was difficult to tear open. The bed and pillows, however were very comfortable and I had a restful sleep.

Awful! Busted room doors, 3 adults and the only channel was Disney playing Bluey all night. No TV remote. Couldn’t get extra pillow. No sheets blankets or pillows for the hide-a-bed. Two towels in room that sleeps 4. The elevators did not work and our room was on the third floor! And it had an awful odor!

The room directly above us (#204) did not let us sleep. They were walking with heavy feet, walking and dropping things the whole night. We complaint to the reception, but did nothing to stop them. The worst hotel we ever had on our travels ever.
