Parking was great hotel was easy to locate...i didnt loke how the hotel smell when you walk in late at night....i didnt like how the hallway smell. I think the carpet may need to be change throughout the entire hotel. The curtain didnt close all the way im not sure why so i didnt feel safe. Anyone could e been watching me sleep,get dress, etc

The property was clean and convenient. The staff is extremely friendly. We even left some items behind on accident and they called us. We had family in the area and they were able to retrieve the items for us. We appreciate the call from the staff and will stay at this hotel every time we’re in town.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed our stay. We visit family in town about 2-3 times a year and our stay was great. The front desk staff member, Debra, was fantastic and so very friendly. She checked us in quickly and when I demagnetized my room key the following day, she quickly rekeyed the electronic key cards for us. I will definitely return and continue staying at this location.

The rooms were very clean. Our phone didnt work when i reported it she said none of them work. Didnt like having to walk outside everytime I wanted to smoke a cigarette. Young guy working nights was very helpful when we needed directions home printed out.

I booked a room with king sized bed but when I checked in they said they had no rooms with king size. Ended up with a room with two double beds. Also they charged me a little over $30 more for the room than Expedia said it was going to be.

I do NOT recommend staying in this property! The owners are apparently very cheap. The sheets were worn and had patches of pill balls that were scratchy. The pillows were small and cheap. The towels clearly had outlived their useful lives. These people have not replaced the linens and towels as they should have. To make matters worse, the place was infested with crickets and small flies!

The BW Oakdale Inn was a pleasant surprise for me. I would’ve never believed that such a nice hotel would be located in the area. Very well maintained inside and out, quiet and safe. Like similar hotels, the free breakfast leaves much to be desired. Regardless, I didn’t go there for the free breakfast. It’s a pleasant place to get a good evening’s rest.

Really the only viable option in Oakdale, overall it was a pleasant stay. The bed is not very comfy but the room is large and clean. Stay away from the motel in Oakdale.

The guest bathroom, and business room were both closed. No towels were available for the pool or the fitness center. Floors in hotel room had a constant damp feeling and rooms smelled somewhat moldy. Would be best to get a dehumidier into the rooms.

This place was a total DISAPPOINTMENT all together. The pictures from the website were totally different in person. The room was FILTHY. Leftover food in the microwave, pizza toppings on the floor, dust/dirt was super thick on the nightstand and tv stand. The remote was sticky. Shower was dirty and the phone was filthy and it did not have a plug at all. I hate I booked this place. My trip was ruined, I had to stay with family for a night because I was terrified for my daughter’s safety with the cleaning. There were big white stains on the top covers on both beds so o placed them on the floor. I would love a FULL REGUND. This is not how you would like to spend vacation with your family. This was awful. Not yo mention they had no extra towels for the days we were there, they said I would have to wait until they finished getting dirty towels from other guest then I’ll get more afterwards. Overall I will never book with OAKDALE BEST WESTERN again. Please reach out to me at 832-228-1446, I would love to speak to someone I’m person. Thank you

The breakfast was a full breakfast and improved since the last time I stayed. This property is convenient and clean. The internet can be inconsistent but it wasn’t a problem since I was visiting family and not at the hotel most of the time.
