“Didn't even stay the night!”

This hotel was far from impressive.. rude staff, bad location, not clean or comfortable at all. I didn't even stay. I walked out, and went and stayed at the holiday inn express which was a thousand times better (newly remodeled, beautiful rooms, great service). Will never ever stay at America's "Worst" Value Inn.

“Don't waste your money”

The price was cheap but so was the hotel and service: old and stained carpets and furniture, very little breakfast-not even toast, lights went off and on after 10:00 pm for several minutes at a time, and few smiles from the hotel staff. Don't waste your money here.

“Roach Motel”

This place needs an extreme makeover the entire place smells like an ash tray our room said no smoking, and it smelled like an Indian Reservation Casino, most of the guest were there for long periods of time they looked like homeless people, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else I DO NOT recomend this place.

“Will go back again!”

Staff was able to change my reservation a day early without penalty. Inn is very affordable and convenient to freeways, places to eat, etc. Thank you Expedia for the special deal at the time of reservation. Will go back to this inn again!

“Rude Front Desk. 0 to Poor WiFi. POLICE stops,”

I must say The Americas Best Value Inn was cheep throu Expidea, But if you had to count on the Hotel internet service to book a room you are out of luck and it would cost you a extra 25 bucks. The people that work the front desk are RUDE... Also the Police make it policey to stop you as your leaving the Hotel parking lot, they told me it was a bad place to be.

“Ok if you just want a place to sleep.”

Staff was friendly, Hotel was old and upkeep not too great. Trouble with Internet services. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it was ok for the price. Several places to eat, Target and a mall close.

“Nice, cheap hotel”

I was expecting something a lot less than what I got. The hotel was clean, close to a lot of restaurants, room was big and clean. I found the price to be extremely cheap and it made my travel trip very pleasant. If you are on a business trip, I highly recommend this one, can't beat the price.

“Speed a little more”

We had a late check in , there was no one at the desk we waited 10 minutes before we even saw a human being behind the bullet proof glass. We were treated like we were an annoyance to the deck clerk. The room was average at best more than a little seedy. Glad it was only one night
