Pros: Front-desk staff warm, but hardly indicative of what's in store for traveler.
Cons: Hygiene agenda.
Location: Much food choices and shopping in vicinity.
Carpets emit a moldy, and drab odor -- even with A/C firing full-throttle. Bathroom and Toilet boast nasty mold and stains profusely! Only one tiny miserable bar of soap for a two-bed room consistent with hygiene agenda here. Police activity also ominous. Can't believe this is part of a national chain.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, the bathroom fan is too loud, ac controls don't work and the worst stuff.

This hotel was awful!

Cons: Screens on their windows could be a start!
Location: Target is located across the street.
The first night felt like I was sleeping in dirty sheets. The next day, they cleaned my room with was great and they aired out my room by leaving the windows open, but there are NO screens on my window so there were flies all over. Very disappointed. Grossed out!!

This hotel wasn't the worst of the worst but things should be fixed. The first room we were in had a broken toilet so they had to move us to a different room which wasn't the same room that I booked. Once in the new room just little things that shouldn't be broken were. There was no back on our remote and it barely worked and the switch for the light was broken in the bathroom. Little things like that shouldn't be broken or missing.

Not worth the price

Only stayed here because other hotels in the area were full. While the place was run down but clean, the location of the hotel was in a dangerous area. Car alarms went off while you were trying to sleep. Sleazy looking men stood outside smoking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We are definitely working on making sure that we are more aware of any car alarms going off in the middle of the night and as a part of that we are taking vehicle information of all our guests so we can promptly inform the guests when and if they do go off. I have advised our front desk to be more aware of that. We are also working in bringing better amenities and facilities to improve the standard of the hotel.
