Bedbug in my room

Posted Oct 20, 2014
I found bedbug in my hotel bed. I had to check out early the next day. I booked another hotel for the rest of my stay and yet they said they would not refund me at least for the night that i did not sleep there. This is ridiculous.

Scary, Would stay away if possible, Not a two star

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: none
Cons: everything
Location: about 10-15 minutes away from bay bridge when there isn't any traffic, but traffic could be a problem before 9 am.
the hotel price in san francisco area has risen so much. since we needed two rooms and it was just for one night, we tried it. it was a little cheaper than other one star hotels when this was two star. frankly, this hotel does not deserve two star rate. it looks like one star and it deserves one star. the only reason this hotel is two star is refrigerator, but it didn't even work properly. to top it off, it charges for ice. i've never stayed any hotel that charged for ice. unbelievable. wifi did not work for me. i don't know why. all the things they do and say, it makes you think that they are just saying that when it does not actually work. however, it worked with my father's computer (i found out next morning before checking out). anyway, the location is terrible. it is a scary neighborhood and the noise from highway is too loud. the staff members were not rude to us, but they made me hesitant to ask for things. however, it was impossible not to ask things. they did not have any toiletry in the rooms. when i asked, they did not have shampoo. next time i would stay at a one star hotel paying a little bit more than here.

Coliseum close

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Next to freeway and in industrial part of Oakland. This area is even to rough for the hookers. Some of the staff were accommodating and others were not engaging. It is close to the coliseum but I will not recommend it as rooms were small and dated, but it did beat sleeping in my car.

It was livable. Not much offered for the cost. Not worth it. But I've had worse.
