When I arrived the parking lot was blocked off and the place was being painted. It would have been nice to know that when makingy reservation. It didn't have much impact after

Under renovation

We experienced numerous issues with our keys. They had to be reissued 5 times and the last day (we were there 3 nights) they still didn't work. I realize they are being renovated, but keys shouldn't be an issue. Other than that, they are wonderful! The kids loved the pool & spa!

Pros: Very generous.
I rarely stayed in the hotel but when I did was when I had jet lag from flying from NY and they were so nice to me when I told them that I was tired and when I awoke the maids were standing right there to great me and they also asked how I was feeling it was perfect.

No internet

Knowing that this is an Inn not an hotel, well okay. But the internet made me never want to come back again. The bedding is not clean.. staffs were nice but i think they should update their facility and mostly the internet.

Location was good but a little noisy due to its vicinity to the freeway. Hotel was clean. Bathroom was small and it has THE WORST shower head in the shower! Overall okay.

Could be better

The location was close to the freeway and the neighborhood could have been better. No tissues in the room. The room was nicer on the inside than it looked on the outside. There seemed to be limited parking.

Not bad

When pulling up to the hotel I was a bit concerned. The exterior leaves little to be desired. Then we went to check in and the staff was unpleasant. There was no welcome. There was no smile on anyone's faces. It took them a while to find my reservation even though I had called to confirm the day before. Not a great impression. I will have to give it to the housekeepers and maintenance staff the room was immaculate! This is why they are getting 4 stars.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff very amenable,helpful. On a busy street but surprisingly quiet atmosphere.

Look before you pay

The room was clean and nice. the front desk person was nice. Don't go by the pictures. The neighborhood is not worth the money you save. There is nothing to do nor any good places to dine.
