“Pretty Gross”

I guess this is what you get for the price - there were about 6 cigarette burns on the bed linens, ghetto people fighting all over and extremely dirty carpet. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but certainly not the best.

“Just ok”

The location was not easily accessable. There was a number of u-turns to be made before you would enter the hotel. The room was clean but as you walked around it almost felt as if the floor was about to cave in. We stayed 3 nights/4 days. On our 2nd day, for some reason housekeeping never came through our room. We had to ask the housekeeper ourselves for new towels. For the price we paid, it was a good room.

“ok, you get what you pay for”

I only planned to stay a short time at the hotel, soit was OK. The outside appearance was welcoming, but the rooms need a makeover. The carpet, furniture and bedspread was quite old. I did not want to walk around with no shoes on. The sheets were clean and the attendent was very nice and accomidating. It was close to the college which is why I picked it so I would go back.

“Not a 2 star hotel”

Very quiet . Outside looks nice. Rooms felt very dingy. Clean but very run down and falling apart, damaged. Bed was comfortable. This is more a one star hotel.

“GREAT AND A NEW WOW”

walked in and got checkin less than 10 seconds, when i booked at this hotel i was happy and it went well. the area is noisy because there are several freeways but overall the experience was great. I will come back to this hotel in the future.

“WOW!!!!!”

Check in was without a glitch, then down hill from there. The first day .... lumpy mattress with a big dip in the middle and someone talking, laughing and throwing up outside my door. This behavior went on most of the night. The second day of my stay I arrived at hotel to find 8 police cars in the parking lot. I enter my room and noticed that it had not been cleaned, in addition the housekeeper spilled something on the floor and just left it. The housekeeper took the dirty towels but did not leave any clean towels. No soap, coffee, or shampoo. I guess I should have brought my own. I stayed at this hotel before about a month ago and it was the complete opposite, amazing.

“Hayward Budget Inn i will be back”

Hotel is nice their breakfast is good, nice service internet good everything was great to me not much to state.

if your bored go visit the new theater and go eat at bijou restaurant surprising they have a restaurant in hayward there.

“The Domestic Violence Inn”

We arrived at 11:30pm and check in was fine. After grabbing some food, we got back and immediately were greeted with a loud argument right next door between a man and woman that lasted about an hour and a half. The woman at one point got into an argument with the manager on duty of the hotel who then began to argue as well. After a couple of hours of sleep, I then awoke to a loud bang directly upstairs and then another rough sounding argument between another couple. Then a car alarm went off for approximately 20-25 mins. After another 10 min argument, and then a car screeching away, I was able to get another hour of sleep. Overall, not satisfied at all! Will not return! Will not recommend! Unless you want a cops episode constantly going on outside your door, keep away!

i like the hotel and i like what they gave me also i love their front desk and how they were helpful and they are doing great work also i love the look of hotel will go back many many times nice hotel in hayward this is what we need and its time for a change.

Area recommendations

This hotel is located near major freeways and convenient for travel also its remodeled and will be back in the future. This hotel is also very close to Cal State East Bay and it is located near City of Hayward as well close to many business district and as well for Major Airports as well. Another thing i would like to add is that the hotel is close to night life and dining also events an shows
