“Not the best option”

The bed and pillows are nice, they try to do an effort on the cleanning but any way the room smell bad.

“will never return again”

Bad neighborhood (was afraid to leave the hotel without a car both day and night), unbelievably terrible breakfast with only 4 tables for 15 people, sink and bath tub not working... The hotel was more like a cheap motel opposite to an add on the internet.

“Nice Surprise - Good Hotel”

First time in the Bay Area, in Hayward and at a Comfort Inn. Had a great time overall. Arrived late Saturday evening to a street in front of the hotel that was being repaired and a surrounding area that had a lot of empty properties. So, I wasn't sure how good the hotel would be and I was a bit scared of the neighborhood. My family and I were very pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and well-maintained our rooms were. There was little noise from our neighbors even though there was a huge tour group staying here also. The breakfast had a nice variety (blueberry and regular waffles, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The night manager gave us good directions and assistance in finding a restaurant to eat at. The Chili's was kind of far -- in Union City actually but it was good. My main observation about how the hotel might improve would be about the caulking in the bathroom. You could tell that it had been done but needs to be redone. But, really happy about stay. Would totally recommend. Would recommend.

“Not What We Expected”

The room looked clean at first glance. The beds and sheets were clean. The bathroom had clean towels/wash cloths and new soap/shampoo etc. on the racks. The shower curtain looked and smelled like it needed to be washed. The shower/tub had hair and dirt marks in it and on the walls. We notified the clerk and he changed our room with no questions asked. Our second room was better - clean shower and curtain. There was a heavey layer of dust on the floor boards in both bathrooms and bedrooms. We wish we had chosen a better area. Its in down town Hayward. It was quiet at night, just didn't look like a nice area when driving into town. Dust on the floor boards puts doubt into the mind of the guest if all is really clean.

“it was fine”

the room was as clean as it can be, though you notice the age. the front desk was friendly, but with one person handling the phone and desk you can expect to wait some. this is the drive-up version of the chain, so your room leads directly outside.

“Had a very comfortable and quiet stay. Will stay at this hotel again.”

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and quiet.. The room was nice and the beds were actually comfortable to sleep on! The breakfast was well rounded with fresh products. My family and I will stay at this hotel again on our next trip to the Bay area.

“Perfect for a day. Ok for the price!”

I would've enjoyed it more if the floors and carpet didn't feel sticky! I would've felt better too if the trash cans had linersin them. Perfect for the day but I'd stay somewhere else if you are staying longer than a day! If you're looking for mediocre then this is the Place. Customer service in the lobby was AWESOME!

“NIce, clean hotel”

Clean room. Front desk was very nice. Basic breakfast. Saw a maintainence man sweeping the leaves in the parking lot and scrubing some grime off the sidewalk. Obviously the owners care about this hotel. Would stay here again. Price is great too.

“great quality for the amount of stars”

you can tell the hotel is going to be ok when the young man greeted you with such a great attitude and then saw all the people working on outside. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The area is Ok but for a a business traveler who needs a quick and easy hotel that is priced well this is a good choice.
