It was nice. The pillows were cheap, but everything was clean and the staff were friendly. We had been a little confused because we were charged 100 dollars for a deposit by the hotel, but also an additional 100 dollars from Expedia, which the staff didn’t help us with and only told us to contact them. I wish they helped a little!

The hotel itself was nice, clean and the staff was great. The surrounding area was not walkable due to it being unsafe. Not a lot of places to dine outside the hotel, with many establishments closing due to theft. Even fast food places don't allow dining in the restaurant, only drive-thru.

The staff were wonderful and made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. The hotel was also clean, but there was a strong cigarette odour throughout the halls and in our room. If that hadn’t been there, our stay would have been 10/10.

Our room faced the BART tracks and every 15 minutes all we heard was loud clanking from the BART. Other than that, it was a great stay. Clean, nice hotel, friendly staff, modern, close to the A’s stadium, and although in a terrible location, it felt safe

I had to be moved from a balcony room to a non do to me complaining about a dry spit on the wall. Like it made me feel like the room wasn’t clean like it should because it was a lugie and dry. When I told the housekeeper she said I don’t speak English. My car wasn’t broken in to because the security does rounds. The new room was okay for a one night event.

Like other Marriott's it pretends to be upscale when it is average. Breakfast is overpriced for limited amounts. Pay additional for second cup of coffee.

I stayed in room 231 and there was a couple fighting until 4am . Their fight was aggressive as there was kicking on the doors, loud screaming with foul language. It was non stop. I got no sleep because of this . I informed front desk and they indicated 5 other individuals had complained about this. I rented this property only to get a good night sleep and was unable to do so because of the situation occurring next to my room.

I have to wait to get a room and finally available at night. No shampoo and soap in bathroom and I have to request to get one. I request a kings beds and sofa bed but sofa bed is not available.

The shower was freezing the outside traffic with trucks running over potholes LOUD . Food is terrible but bartender was nice . I had a “grilled” microwave chicken sandwich and they ran out of onions.

There is nowhere within walking distance to eat. The area has a lot of empty stores and homeless people around. There’s a limited restaurant in the hotel.
