“Will definitely be back!”

Great location; staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Close to airport, and football stadium. They also provided shuttle service to and from football game. Great customer service! We will be back.

“The Good and the Bad”

The Good: This is an excellent airport hotel, we've stayed there before and returned because of the convenience and service. The Bad: We ordered pizza from a delivery service that they recommended. The pizza arrived late, cold and undercooked. Luckily, we had a microwave in our room and we were able to salvage some of it.

The staff was very helpful on the phone and in person. The room was large and the bed comfortable!

“Location, Location, Location”

The Courtyard by Marriott in Oakland, CA was convienient to get to from the freeway, car rental lot, shopping and to and from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. It will be my first choice when I am in the Bay Area!!

“Las Veagas Traveler”

I liked eveything about the hotel, especially the free in room internet service. The spa was closed, but the gym was perfect, and I had it all to myself. Weather was too cold for the pool, but it looked very pretty. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Pick up shuttle from the airport was convenient and friendly and you can't beat the price (free)! All in all, a good selection. I will stay there again.

“Great Location, easy rental car return/airport shuttle”

Very impressed with the accomodations. Great location, easy access to I-880, there's a WalMart just down the street too. What impressed me most was the friendliness and professionalism of every one of the staff members I came into contact with, from the front desk to the maid service, the waitresses/cooks in the restaurant, even the airport shuttle driver. Stayed there one night on the way from the Bay area to Tahoe, then decided to stay a couple more nights at the end of our trip. ***** sk

“Perfect For Oakland Airport”

After a long drive and an early flight in the morning, what a pleasant experience I had at this Courtyard Marriot. The hotel is SMOKE FREE! I couldn't detect it anywhere! We ate dinner there and had drinks at the bar. The food was good quality and reasonable. The lobby is inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and free. The price is competitive. I did research before my stay and I wasn't disappointed.

This was close to everything.....food, walmart, freeway access, and the Oakland Coliseium. Highly enjoyed the stay.

“A Complete Staff of Employees”

The service was beyond excellent from Check in to Check out. I can't commend the Staff enough .... They were completey on time with every request and could not do enough for our Group. The Rooms and all amenities were top notch. Can't really say enough..... You gotta stay here if your in Oakland, CA.

“Great staff makes all the difference”

I stayed at the Marriott Oakland Airport on the first and last nights of a 3 week trip with my wife and three kids. On both stays we were impressed with the thoughtful, quality service by all the hotel staff. The hotel is clean, bright, and well maintained. But the personal service and extra effort put forth by many staff members made it a great experience. The shuttle van driver went out of his way to give us rides to/from rental agencies not normally on his route. The front desk people found a larger room that would accommodate a cot. Everyone we passed in the halls, from senior managers to maids and janitors, offered a friendly greeting or thoughtful comment. It is a good hotel. It is a great staff that made for a superb stay.
