Good. Could be a better rate since it is across the bay but it was nice and comfortable and close to the BART to go into the city. Can also have shuttle run more often to pick people up from the BART

Only con was confusing signage

Cons: Building signage and directions!
We stayed for one night after attending a performance. Room was fine. The only issue we had was actually FINDING the room after a 10:30 p.m. check in. We followed directions to entrance to "Building 4" -- so far, so good. Then, as you normally do, we looked for the arrows with the room number ranges. In trying to follow those arrows, we kept ending up in Building 2, Building 5, anything BUT building 4. As one of us has back problems and was using a walker, and the corridors were L-O-O-O-N-G, this was not a good experience. We finally ran into a helpful staff person who correctly directed us.

Needs some interior upgrades. Especially bathrooms

Pros: The fresh baked cookie at check in!
Cons: Bathroom upgrades and overall facility/grounds maintenance and upgrades
Location: Great park and walking/running trails close by!
Overall the hotel was okay. Nothing too fancy but maybe a little overpriced. Rooms need some upgrading and elevators were pretty scary. Lots of parking and the warm cookie at check in was great! Not bad for a one night stay.

Management needs a wake up call

Pros: Clean modern refurbed rooms. Fair price. Good Location.
Cons: Curtain rod and curtains completely fell off due to improper screw length - all rooms need immediate review. Bugs, Raccoons, No towels. Bumpy Road.
Location: Great Location in the Marina with great vistas nearby. Frwy close but signage needs to be fixed to make it more visible. 4th St shopping is close by.
Called about early check in - impolite, terse refusal - certainly acceptable terms -but bad attitude. Arrived and were told our room had a water view. The only water we could see was the rain in the parking lot. The room keys are finicky and need convincing rather than simple smooth operation. Once in our room we discovered that the entire curtain assembly had fallen prior to our arrival. How could housekeeping miss that? A polite repairman arrived and replaced the substandard length screws which caused the failure -(note to management - confirm screw length in every room before the sun sets today) ON the second night of our stay we returned in the evening to find that housekeeping had cleaned the room and forgotten to leave any towels in the room. It took the staff 30 minutes to remedy with two phone calls. That's 30 minutes my sleep was delayed for incompetence. Daughter was on the floor exercising and ran into an earwig. We were in the parking lot near the front desk and although most garbage cans were secure type - one was not and a raccoon was in it scavenging - exposing guests to risk of rabies. Bathtub finish in the room had worn off so that it showed two layers of tub in various areas. The road returning from the Marina -is about a quarter of a mile of heavily oscillating bumpiness. This is road that needs replaced. Bottom line - hotel is good value, clean modern attractive rooms but their act needs to be tuned up and maintenance is needed in some areas.

レビューでは賛否両論でしたが、実際はそれほど悪くありませんでした。安いので、それなりだと思えます。チェックインの際にクッキーと水のちょっとしたサービスは嬉しかったです。遅い時間に到着したためか、フロントから遠い部屋しか空いておらず、フロントからは5分以上かかりましたが、これは運だと思います。室内プールがあったので子供が楽しめたのはよかったです。部屋に冷蔵庫がなく、売店も夜8時に閉まってしまう点はマイナスです。

Good hotel, on balance

Pros: The bed, most of all.
Cons: The TV reception.
Location: Berkeley has any number of good restaurants, and San Francisco is readily accessible from the hotel.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities operated properly. The TV reception was not good, but we were not there to watch TV. The nearby park provided a pleasant walk, and the fitness center was suitably equipped. The restaurant was somewhat pricey, but this is the Bay Area. Overall, we would recommend it.

Nice staff, nice marina, far from SF

Pros: Staff: really effective
Location: Location is beautiful but not ideal if you plan to visit San Francisco. Yet you may find it interesting if at night you want a quiet place to rest.
The hotel is nice and the staff really pleasant. The only objection is the time we spent coming from SF : a lot of traffic to take the Bay Bridge at almost all times. Yet the hotel as a whole was a good experience.

Poor heat
