Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Great breakfast and eating area.
Cons: New luggage carts. Wheels were all crooked and hard to roll.
Location: Close to Oakland Airport, Coliseum, Alameda and a Ferry to San Francisco. Hotel has loaner beach cruiser bicycle's. Pool and whirlpool !
Vacationing family was very comfortable at the Hampton Inn.

the hotel was easy to find. even though it was close to the airport it was quiet. everything i needed was resonably close and the shuttle service was good. when i stay in alameda again, this is where i want a room. breakfast was good and plentiful.

Clean hotel, far away from everything

Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: No fridge nor microwave in rooms (only available in bigger rooms). The AC/heating units are right above beds and are of poor quality.
Location: Close to the Oakland airport but rooms have triple windows - no noise problems. Far away from stores, fast food etc.
Good and clean hotel. All the basics provided. Nothing really spectacular about it. Although located close to the airport, it is a very quiet location (the only noise I've heard was from people walking or running outside of the room door). Far away from restaurants, shops, cafes.

Airport noise

Posted May 19, 2015
Overall it was a wonderful stay. A little noisy but considering we were only 6 mins from the airport then it's understandable. The staff was really nice.

Comfortable hotel in central location

Very comfortable beds. Don't worry about being close to the airport, the windows are triple paned! Take a ride on the complementary Electra brand beach cruisers. Nice path along the coastline. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and fresh!

Nice hotel next to the ocean at the bay

Posted May 12, 2015
Cons: Microwave and fridge in the rooms
Nice room no microwave or fridge. That caught us of guard but the staff brought up a extra fridge. We have two little ones 4 and 2 so that was nice.

No restaurants here

Posted May 12, 2015
Although a good breakfast is provided, there is no place to eat lunch or dinner in the proximity. With no microwave and no refrigerator you'd better enjoy breakfast. I asked for a refrigerator three times - no one ever got back to me.
