Well, it's better than sleeping in your car...Posted Nov 18, 2013
This was kind of an emergency reservation after my previous plans fell through. It was the only place with cheap rooms available at 9pm on a Saturday night, and at that point I wasn't being picky at all. Got here around 10, walking in to the office I was approached by two shifty-looking gentlemen in the poorly-lit parking lot who kept insisting that someone was looking for me around a (very dark) corner. I ignored them and hurried into the office to check in. I took my time in the office and waited until the men outside (and the car that turned out to be waiting around the corner) left. Then I quickly went to my room and barricaded myself inside. I spent the night in a large, yet pretty dirty room, watching the TV with the volume turned up to drown out the sounds of the... activities... of everyone in the surrounding rooms. The staff was nice here though, I will give them that. Next time I'll just stay at the motel 6 though.

Bates motel.Posted Nov 12, 2013
This is horrible. I don't know when expedia's pictures were taken but none of the furniture matched, the carpets were covered in stains, including what looked like blood. Walls had been patched but painted with random colors of pain. The staff was extremely nice and kind though. That was the only positive thing.

MOTEL WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED --------Posted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE WHEN WE TOLD HERE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. WHEN WE SAID WE WOULD NOT STAY, SHE SAID TO CALL EXPEDIA AND REQUEST A REFUND.
Cons: DUE TO LOCATION, NOT MUCH.
LOCATED IN BAD AREA OF HAYWARD, CA. VERY NOISEY-(PEOPLE WANDERING AROUND, WORKING ON AUTOS ETC.) WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM, IT DID NOT HAVE ANY CURTINS ON THE FRONT WINDOWS WHICH FACED WALKWAY.

Do not stay here!Posted Sep 27, 2013
This was the dirtiest, scariest place we've ever stayed. Had to check out after one night. There was blood on the curtains and carpet. Someone attempted to break in to our truck, and another person was arrested in the parking lot late at night.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.Posted Aug 30, 2013
Cons: Tear down this hotel and start over.
Location: Nothing seemed safe around this place.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Elevator was not working, thrash containers overflowing with thrash right outside our room. AC in wall looks like it was installed in the 1960's, the bathroom really old and not clean, afraid to use it. The bed was totally unacceptable, slept with my clothes on. The pool was filthy, a lot of weird people hanging around the hotel, the place did not look safe enough to be outside of hotel room. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy......!

Adequately priced for room as the level of comfort and cleanliness was poor.
