Close to San FranciscoPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Shouldn't have paring fees
Location: Close to Oakland airport, Berkeley, and San Francisco
Flew to Oakland and traveled to San Francisco, Monterey, and Napa. Great Value and peace of mind with Hilton quality.

Great for near San FranPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Room was clean.
Cons: Parking was expensive
Location: Plenty of shopping, highways, dining options nearby.
Great location, friendly staff, and decent hotel condition. Only downside was paying $15 per day for parking, but it's gated, onsite, and there was always a space available. Onsite restaurant was ok - decent food but a little pricey. If you are traveling to San Francisco, have a rental car, and don't want to pay $300 for a room downtown, this is the place for you.

Vacation to San FranciscoPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: The staff were exceptional. They assisted with all of our questions & gave us ideas on what to check out. Went above & beyond.
Cons: Unfortunately for us the mattress was way too firm for us. The cost of a soda was ridiculous.
Location: It was very easy to get to BART & travel into San Francisco without fighting the traffic. There were a million things to see and do close by.
This hotel was located in a good area to be able to connect with transit systems in order to be able to get around. Rooms were spacious and lobby was comfortable.

Great HotelPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: It was easy to get into SF, Oakland, and Berkeley. Everything was great. Really clean and comfortable.
Cons: One improvement I would suggest is: Keep the mini store in the hotel stocked.
Location: We bough the Go San Francisco Card and really maximized the card (pier 39, on&off tour, aquarium, California Academy & Science, coupons, and much more
Great deal, great location, and amazing room. First time using Expedia and I will continue to use it, especially with Hilton Garden Inn. Room were quiet, comfortable, and clean. My girlfriend loved the mattress and pillows.

Ideal Central Point for East BayPosted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Elevators and noise in the lobby.
Location: There is always the wonderful 4th offerings across the freeway.
The hotel was situated in an ideal central location for going to the Berkeley or Oakland or hopping into San Francisco. I have lived in the east bay a decade ago and was back for only a few days and the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and obliging with service and information. The rooms were quiet but alas we didn't get one with a view and there was no convenient way to see if there were rooms with a view on the website or from the reception people. The lobby was very noisy though and the elevators really slow. Only these two items keeps this place from getting top scores.

Great Value!Posted Jul 20, 2014
I would highly recommend this hotel! Staff were courteous and are willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Room was clean and had a nice view of the Bay Bridge. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in the area. If you're looking for a hotel in the area, stop looking and just go ahead and reserve.
