Great Stay

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: High Quality and Great Staff.
Cons: One of the female bartenders let someone watch the Fast and Furious 6 instead of any of the sport games that were taking place and turned up the sound
Location: YOU CAN DO ANYTHING in the Bay Area. (Except snow sports.) In very close proximity however there is plenty of shopping, good food, and IKEA.
Great stay. Went for a local EDM event and was impressed by the facility and quality of the establishment that Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville, CA had to offer.

Loved it, great staff close train station from the hotel. Train ride away from San Francisco.

Reasonable choice in Emeryville

Posted May 25, 2015
This was our second time staying here, mostly because of its location close to Berkeley, and the SF Bridge. It is well-appointed, and the rooms fine. But the lack of a free breakfast is a major negative when almost all similar hotels provide (there are no nearby food options other than the hotel restaurant.) in short, it's OK, but not a first choice in future.

Noisy hotel at a business district

Posted May 23, 2015
The hotel is located right next to an 8 lane freeway, making it noisy day and night. As a matter and fact, a "complementary" pair of ear plugs is provided in the room. The noise would have been less if they had invested in some dual pane windows, but i guess providing ear plugs to guests are cheaper. I guess expedia had this on sale for a reason.

Pros: Simple
Cons: Clean room in timely manner - we were out the whole morning but when got back at 4 the room was not done yet.
Location: Closeby to food/shopping area
Put parents here for UC berkeley graduation and it was suitable for their needs.

Fine for a short stay

Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: Convenient locale.
Cons: It would have been nice to know that parking is an extra $15 per day and not included in the hotel rate.
Location: Berkeley
This is a good experience for the money. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. There is some highway noise, but its acceptable.

Great service, horrible room

Posted May 11, 2015
This has to be the worst airport hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I got nothing to complain about the service, but the room is absolutely horrible. I got a room in the lower level, and it smelled like someone died in there. The bathroom is very tiny; I can't find a place to put my cleanser and cosmetics. The bed is uncomfortable too. however, all th staff who helped me there were really nice.

Nice hotel close to BART

Posted May 8, 2015
Hotel room was super clean although it was a bit small. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide a positive experience. Hotel is close to a BART station and there is a free shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the BART. Hotel is also close to a large outdoor mall in Emeryville.
