Given the circumstances surrounding city of Oakland holiday inn does a damn good job of making it look like we’re elsewhere when inside the hotel from the lobby to bar and grill area, rooms etc. way to go holiday inn Oakland IHG.

We informed front desk that shower was draing slow.After 3 attempts by maintenance to unclog we where moved to another room and that shower had dirt in shower because of worker trying to unclog.Then we had to move to another room.50.00 off night was offered after we mentioned inconvenience.Otherwise a nice stay.

The restaurant has amazing food. I recommend the Cajun Shrimp Skewers, delicious! I thought I was at Ruth Chris!

We had issues with our original reservation at a different hotel in the area. This property worked with Expedia to get us a room here immediately that day. Even though this hotel did not offer a free breakfast, Diamonds Sports Bar was very conveinent (sp?)and had excellent food and great atmosphere.

Will stay here again if flying out of Oakland!
Very clean hotel. Super close to the airport and they have a shuttle available. Parking is $20/day, free under 3 hours. Room was big and clean. Comfortable bed. No water pressure in the shower but it was at least hot!

The property was nice and the staff was very kind. The only issue was the sliding shower door in my room did not stay closed during my shower. It needs repair. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied.

Holiday Inn sure has taken a nose dive. $3 to use the coffee machine in the lobby? No water in the room, had to purchase overpriced bottles. The staff was nice but that’s about it. I’d never stay here again.
