“nice little motel”

this was a nice little motel that was easy to get to from the 80. it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. it was a nice little place to stay while coming down to watch some football

“Great Berkeley Motel near campus”

The Inn at University is a nicely appointed small motel right on University Avenue, maybe 1.5 miles from the University of California campus. Rooms are newly remodeled with HDTV and marble bath. Each room has a fridge and microwave. Free breakfast includes bagels, pastries and coffee, expresso, capuchino or orange juice.

Excellent hotel, convenient to UC Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco Bay Area. Service was articulate and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. Would stay there again, definitely!

“Great Place!”

The room was lovely, really nicely decorated, great fixtures, comfy bed and pillows. It was small, but who cares? It was cozy and first rate!

“Everything a hotel should be.”

I was at the motel for one night while in Berkeley to attend a lecture, concert, and dinner. It was for me an ideal location: a short walk to the UC Berkeley campus, a short walk to the heart of Berkeley's restaurants and entertainment. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed large and comfortable. What more does a traveler need?

“Great place especially for the price!”

Room was extremely nice and clean. Had fridge, coffee maker micro and flat screen t.v., even wifi. Coffee and snacks in the morning included fresh fruit, espresso, cafe au lait. Staff (owners?) very nice appeared to be a family. The best choice by far. We were very happy. Close if you are dropping a student and parking is FREE! We even had a 2nd car for a day and no problem! Will stay here again.

“Excellent choice near UC Berkeley”

The convenience of the location was great. Nice places to eat at walking distance. A Trader Joe's less than two blocks away made our stay even better because the room had a small refridgerator and a microwave. Definitly our next stay in Berkeley will have to be there. Oh, and the price was the cheapest around.

“Berkely's Best”

Quality Inn is by far one of the best hotels i've stayed in. The room itself was superb for it price. Not to mention the comfiest bed ever I actually got into the sheets instead of using my own :]. They're accommodations are great and even supply you with razors, toothbrushes, etc upon request. I've never known any other hotel to have a fridge, microwave, iron, and a slew of cable channels to chose from. I was one happy camper.
