Airport convenient

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: More vending machines, more ice machines
I only was here to sleep on a trip from Kona to Pennsylvania. The bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that there were no ice machines in the "west" wing, or vending machines. I was traveling alone and did not like that I would have to go outside and across the parking lot to get a bottle of water late at night. Also it appeared that the housekeeping department left cleaning rags in the sink after cleaning the bathroom. The rates were reasonable, and since I was only looking to sleep here, the hotel served its purpose. The shuttle service to the airport was great. I did not utilize any other ameneties at the hotel.

Pleasant stay...

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Great guest service.
Location: Tons of things nearby - very centrally located.
This is a nice hotel - clean, comfortable, reasonable price, great guest service and the chef at Bistro 150 makes yummy grub. :)

nice hotel close to Oakland airport

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: convenience to Oakland airport for early flight next day
Cons: vending machines.....
room was nice - air conditioner was loud but since we don't have aircon at home I guess that's to be expected. had wanted to get a drink from the machine but on the 3rd floor it was out of order, so went to the 4th floor and what I wanted was out, went to 5th floor and it wouldn't take my $$, went to 2nd floor and it didn't work either. went to the front desk and they gave me a pitcher of icewater which was just fine....fix your machines.

Overnight stay close to O.co stadium

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Close to O.co stadium and quiet.
Cons: Parking disclosed up front.
My son and I needed to stay in Oakland for an A's game. It was relatively close to the stadium and quiet. There was an $8/night parking fee that was not expressed in the quote.

Close to airport with shuttle

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Overall we had a great stay. Used the outdoor pool and also the fitness room which was small but adequate. Enjoyed a happy hour drink after our walk to In N Out Burger! Took the 5:20am shuttle to the airport so all and all a great deal!

Nice Hotel!

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Read a lot of negative things about this hotel so was expecting the worse. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Room was nice and clean. I don't have a negative thing to say about this place. I got what I paid for. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!!

Close to the airport

Posted Mar 18, 2015
The best things about hotel were that it was close to the hotel, dependable shuttle service, welcoming staff. The air conditioning was a little iffy. Was going to eat at restaurant but it was not appealing. I put yes for recommend but that is is really a "maybe"

shuttle driver is rude beyond imagination

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Location: Bar next door over run with gang members..... lots of sirens and police activity
Some of the staff is amazingly rude The hotel has no where to sit in the evening after hours, once the restaurant closes the only place to sit and unwind is in your room..... who wants to do that?

Smells old and looks dated. Train noise ALL night.

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Tear down and rebuild
Location: Arden Mall close
Would not stay here again. Rooms are old and smell musty, phone didn't work. Train track next to rooms and horns blowing all night. Very large grounds but when we pulled in it looked like it was cloased as there were no cars in parking area.

Location: Great dinner at Franchescos.
We were not told by the third party billing about the long term parking restrictions.
