The beds are not comfy at all! But the staff bent over backwards to help make it better! I will definitely stay here again . We go to the raider games an this is very close.

Less than minimalPosted Oct 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
The place was inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. Shower provided hot water. That is where the good news ends. The ceiling light was inoperative. The room had no clothes closet, no ironing board, no iron, no toilet paper holder. Cloth furniture was heavily stained. Clock radio had no electrical outlet available. Internet service was off for hours during the evening. No mainstream sports channels on television. The room location did little to muffle the constant sounds of the freeway that was within 50 yards. The small breakfast area was jammed with three small tables. Breakfast consisted of apples, bread, and cold cereal. The facility is located in a grimy, heavy industrial area, so there is no "neighborhood" for walking, going out for a meal, etc. The owners seemed exhausted from the drain of working there.

noisy hotel in an industrial like neighborhoodPosted Oct 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
very noisy. Rooms have no acoustic insulation at all. A tour-bus idling in the parking lot two nights in a row at 5:00 AM disrupting your sleep. The room smelled bad kind of like a dentist office. The staff have no professional attitude. The breakfast was not good.

Avoid this place!Posted Oct 14, 2014
The room had a bad air quality (no ventilation, recycled air smelled like mildew, and it was stuffy). The sheets had multiple yellowish stains!!! The location was literally in an industrial street with warehouses and bad views all around. Could hear everything from the room next door- and although I requested the non-smoking side of the place, there was smoking from other rooms that came in through the "AC system". ... oh and did I mention the bed had a big dent in the middle and was all lumpy. My BF and I literally wanted to leave but nothing else was available and we would have been charged for an early checkout. To compensate for the nasty room we got sheets and a blanket from Target along with Fabreze- helped geeting through the weekend.

hair in the bedPosted Oct 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
I got in from my class reunion, anxious to go to sleep, only to find a bed full of hairs. The sheets had not been changed from the last guest. Called front desk and was told housekeeper was gone nothing could be done. I called again asking if I could sleep in another room, was told they were booked solid. I asked if clerk could get me clean sheets from linen closet, was told she was there alone and couldn't leave office. I asked to have manager call me when he arrived. I had a restless nights sleep on two bath towels put end to end. In the morning I spoke to manager M Patel of my situation, he had not been informed by clerk. He offered to help with next stay. I told him it was a class reunion, I wouldn't be back for 10 years. I asked him for some type of compensation. He said I'd have to call hotels.com since I'd booked through them. I called hotels .com, they called the hotel. The hotel refused to refund/or adjust for the room. Also, was across from ice machine, so I heard peoples conversation and the motor running all night. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will notify the health department.
