Mike at check in was great, thete was a temporary system problem with expedia service so he found a way to get us checked in and helped in working out the situation with expedia, can't ask for better service, thank you Mike.

We stayed one night for a soccer tournament. Room was clean. We loved that there was no carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I can think of was that we could hear noises from above us and next door (tv and foot steps, etc). Wasn't too big of a deal though, still went to sleep okay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for Christmas and the location was perfect. Being pet friendly was a plus and was less expensive than our pet sitter at home. The breakfast was very good. The front desk desk clerk, Demi was very welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. We will definitely stay at Best Western Plus in Oakwood again in the future!

2 cosas que ahora me son incómodas. 1. La cama no es nada confortable, en mi opinión el colchón es demasiado flojo literalmente te hundes, las 2 noches que pasamos ahí, para mi fueron muy incómodas. 2. El desayuno es algo que siempre yo había perseguido por años con este hotel, pero ahora por alguna razón quitaron “los biscuits and gravy” honestamente no tan agradable lo que ahora tienen.

Good hotel if you are in this area.
This hotel was very nice and clean. Good hot breakfast and had several text from the hotel during our stay concerning how we were doing and if our room was ok which was a nice gesture. Will stay here again in the future.
