We stay at this hotel frequently. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only concern we have ever had was noisy neighbors, and the hotel addressed this right away.

The hotel was very clean and had a modern decor. I booked this hotel for a single night for an event in Columbus. The hotel was a little bit of a drive from Columbus proper, but was well worth it. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was clean and not cramped like many I've experienced. The only thing I found a bit unusual was the coffee maker was located in the bathroom. I'm not a coffee drinker, so it didn't bother me, but if I were a coffee drinker, I'm not sure I would be pleased with that. I booked this hotel based on reviews I read here and elsewhere online. Many of the hotels closer to my event had less that desirable reviews. The reviews were on target as this hotel was excellent and some of my party stayed at the other hotels near the event and were not satisfied and sighted reasons I seen in the reviews I had read about those locations.

“It's okay”

The smoking room (which I had requested), smelled terrible, even to me, being a smoker. It seems like they could spray something in there to make it smell better. Also, the tub did not drain well. Otherwise it was fine. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I would go back (to a non-smoking room).

I like this hotel because it is right off the highway. It is clean and comfortable and I like the fact that the rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave. There are several fast food restaurants in the area.

The room was as I expected. I was only looking for a room for a night but would be ok for a week.

“Very Relaxing”

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, when we went the hot tub wasn't working which is one the reasons I chose this hotel. However the tub in the room made up for the hot tub not working; it was roomy even for a plus size person and very deep. The water tempature was nice and hot so I didn't really miss the hot tub all that much. We were able to get plenty of rest and relaxtion for our anniversary. Definately would come back again!

“We plan on staying there every 4 months on my trips back home”

We liked it b/c it was a decent price and we basically just needed to use the pool and sleep. My kids had a blast swimming:)
