smoke free?

People were smoking in the non-smoking room next to us and the room would stink every 2 hours or so. Plus the pool had to be drained and fixed while we were staying there. Fixing the pool for safety purposes is necessary, but the only reason we picked that hotel was because of the indoor pool. They just said sorry and that it would be fixed the next day....... It wasn't. The room was adequate for an inexpensive hotel but the breakfast included was a joke. Every morning (5) they had biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles. No eggs, or meat products at all. Plus only 1 waffle maker so if there was anybody in line you had to wait for each waffle. Not a bad hotel but definitely cheap. And would not recommend.

Great one night stay

Pros: Perfect stay over. Wifi was easy to get.
Location: Just stayed overnight.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Large bathroom. Breakfast was good. Great waffles!

No use of indoor pool

Cons: Pool to be fixed
Had to work the weekend on the westside of Columbus. Book this hotel since it was the closest that had an indoor pool. But unfortunately the pool was no in service and the staff had no idea when it was going to be repaired. Paid more than I could have if I were to have stayed on the west side closer to the event.

Staff was nice breakfast was ok the waffle maker wasn't very good but I did ok there Disappointed the pool was closed The room and lobby were clean I'll probably stay again If I get another good rate from Expedia

The room was extremely clean. The bed and sheets was as comfy as the best rated hotels. The hotel was Ultra quiet. The pool was out of service. The free breakfast was great and on point. Will definitely recommend and be a loyal customer.

The room itself was a nice size. But the conditions were very unsatisfactory. The bathroom door frame had been broken in the past apparently and was NEVER fixed. The bathroom door wouldn't shut or lock. The bathroom itself still had leftovers from it's previous tenants. Body hair and garbage. The shower didn't drain, for hours. The cable didn't work, and the employees were very difficult to get ahold of. I would not recommend this location for anyone.

Hotel was great, breakfast was nice, price was good. Pool was out of service, and that was a little sad, but that happens. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my dollar. It was a nice, comfortable place to spend the night while out of state on business. I have made this particular business trip several times now, and this was by far the best hotel I have visited for this outing.
