Bed was very comfortable. Room had lots of outlets for chargers. Only fault Wish it would have had a rack for our suitcase but I still would give the room 5 stars.

Hotel was expensive, room small and the entire property worn down and in need of deep clean, elevators not very clean and dusty, carpets dirty and dingy. If you want to charge $350 per night, you better deliver.

This hotel is SW of downtown Ocala, in the cluster of hotels just off I75. It is very convenient to the World Equestrian Center, about a 15 minutes drive North. The room was attractive, clean and everything worked (lights, TV, microwave, refrigerator). TV channel selection was better than usual (CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, ESPN, etc) Ample hot water and towels. The lobby area was large with seating options for ~ 40 people with a low noise level to enjoy breakfast. In the evening the same area served drinks. The highway noise did not enter the room. The pool looked good but the weather (60*F) did not encourage it's use.

The area is ok and location is very convenient. The room had some mold issues. The artwork in the bathroom had mold in the frame and the curtains in the main room had mold on the pulls.

The lobby was updated and nice. The rooms were old, bed uncomfortable, shower/bath old. Looked like Marriott bought an old hotel, renovated the lobby and put their name on it, then franchised the property. The bartender in the lobby was rude. Refused to sell us a drink at 9pm because she was done with her shift, there were 5 other guests waiting patiently and she just left. The front desk clerk ended up coming over and taking care of all of us. The night before check out, manager approved a late check out. My daughter was at a swim meet, we came back to the hotel at 11am and they locked us out of the hotel room. The front desk clerk told us we were checked out. We told her we have a late check out approved by the mgr. She said the room has already been cleaned. Asked her where is all our luggage? She said I don’t know and called hskpg. 25 minutes later the housekeeping supervisor comes to the front desk, speaks no English, disappears again. 15 min later my 15yo daughter goes up to the floor where our room was, our friends were staying next door. Maid walks by and lets my daughter in our room with out asking for ID. To discover NO THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED, and the rest of us still in the lobby waiting now 45min for the front desk clerk and hskpg supervisor to get their stories straight. 1. We didn’t get the late check out as promised. 2. Front desk clerk lied to us about room being cleaned. 3. Housekeeping lets ppl in rooms with out asking for ID &verifying it’s their rm.

This hotel charges what a Marriott cost but is like Howard Johnson hotel no upgrades to entertainment like smart tv very small tv. Old and rusty machine. Very old carpet. House keeping doesn’t even come during stay like they should I had to call for service. Check out time they are asking are you leaving early I would not stay here again.

This is the second time in just a couple months we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we had an issue with the fridge making this god awful high pitch buzzing sound. They were so quick to come and replace the whole mini fridge with another one. Issued solved quickly with no other issues. Super friendly and helpful. This weekend was just a quick stay. No issues, quiet, friendly staff. Everything is clean, room, facility indoor and outdoor. We will definitely stay here again.

Okay place to crash for the night.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The toilet didn't fluch too well, had to hold the handle down for a good 30 seconds to flush. Our room was advertised with a mini fridge and microwave, and it didn't have that. There was also supposed to be a continental breakfast and there was not one.

Front desk was rather rude. The room seemed ok but my daughter had an asthma attack in the middle of the night due to their pet policy. My husband who is not allergic had trouble breathing. I had bites on my face not sure what bit me. Fleas?

I would stay again. The price was right for the room. It was a little musty but the AC worked great. The bar and restaurant we good. I would stay again. I felt safe. The man who checked us in was very nice. I do wish the restaurant had more healthy foods. I was not disappointed. I truly thought the price of the room was very fair.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet and comfortable hotel, with nice amenities. All the staff were very friendly, always saw people working, and the area has plenty of restaurants and things to do. There was a restaurant on site, which is very convenient. We didn't eat there but the menu looked good.

Needs some major work
This hotel needs some major remodeling. Wallpaper falling off the wall, grout needs replacing in shower, old carpeting that didn't seem very clean. Also, one of the towels was dirty and the sheets were so wrinkled it looked like they had been wadded up in a ball.

The Deluxe Room with pool view was nice, especially for the price point. What we didn’t like was we were told to drive around to entrance A and entrance A was out of order. So we went to the next entrance which worked but the elevator was out of order. Then the ice machine was out of order. All of those items were out of order for all three days we were there. Our impression is the hotel needs some upkeep.

Upgraded our room to have a balcony, seemed nice. It wasn’t! The room smelled of smoke, the balcony looked out to a parking lot and my reservation for a king bed became 3 doubles. Hotel was sold out so I was stuck!

I was asked if I wanted house keeping each day? Responce was Yes The floor was not vacumed the sheets Not Changed, Trash left in the Room, No coffee in the room. Tub was Dirty, Drain backed up in the shower. Toilet needs fixed, not flushing properly. DISATISFIED
