Outdated and smokey

Only good thing is location right off interstate. Room smelled like smoke. Furniture chair nasty and broken. Would not stay here again.

Disappointing stay

Cons: Clean the grounds and pool area.
The property is dirty. Old carpet laying outside for our entire stay of 10 days. Pool area and pool not cleaned. Pool was never cleaned - skimming the bugs and dirt from the surface and the pool was never vacuumed. Old cigarette buts and can tops in the pool area. The grounds need to have someone clean up the garbage that gets dropped or blown in. The mattress was old and saggy.

Pros: nothing
Cons: straighten out the smoking/non smoking room reservations.
Upon check in, desk clerk stated Expedia reserved a smoking room. I know I did not book a smoking room as I looked in room details to get a no-smoking room. Desk clerk stated Expedia does that all the time, reserve smoking rooms when not wanted. Not sure who to believe. Of course, the hotel did not have any non smoking rooms and since it was 10 pm and we had been driving all day, we stayed. Hotel kinda scary, parking lot not well lit. Room was fine if you are a smoker, we are not, so rated room less just because of the smell. My pajamas smelled like smoke the next night at another hotel!

Pros: Continental Breakfast was ok. Had problems with internet and the desk clerk was very helpful, even to the extent of connecting me with the server.
Cons: Very old and needs rehab.
Location: The location is very convenient for Interstate travel. Was not on vacation and did not have time to go sightseeing.
1. I ordered a king bed and got a queen sized. 2. No luggage carts or elevators. Had to carry all luggage by hand up stairs.. 3. For the price, it was not pleasing.

I even have to get my money back since they charged me twice, once through Expedia once through my credit card, someone called cops to remove troublemakers from the promises

We live in Florida about two hours from this hotel. We were looking to purchase property in the area so decided to stay in the area an extra day.Since it was last minute and there was an event nearby most hotels in the area were booked, so we stayed here. Check in was fine front desk was polite and helpful. Once we got our room (room 227) we found the pillows very small and worn out looking not to mention the stains on the pillow cases. I called down to the front desk and she suggested turning the pillow case inside out since she only had one pillow case. Then my wife went to take a shower and the none slip mat in the tub had caked on mold under it stuck to the tub (I have pictures of the mess) I called back down to the front desk and she switched our room. (to room 201). Once there it smelled cleaner but same worn out pillows.But now the bed sheets and covers had what look like moth holes in them or small tears (I have pictures). We have stayed at other Supper 8's before as well as Hilton's Hampton's etc and buy far this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also be contacting the home offices of Super 8 to tell them of the condition as well as the mold issue. STAY AWAY

The only thing new was the carpet. Bad mattress, filthy vent in the bathroom, broken coffee pot, noises next too highway. But what can you expect for $60!
