THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THERE WAS NO TABLE WITH CHAIRS . THEY HAD WI-FI BUT THE SIGNAL FOR WI-FI SERVICE DID NOT REACH TO MY ROOM . HAD TO SIT IN LOBBY TO USE THE LAP TOP PC.

water never got hot

the rooms was ok. water never really got hot could shower with out cold water on. Maid did refresh on room left the door to room unlocked am open with all are stuff inside.

No in-room Internet

The wireless Internet signal was too weak to connect in my room. Neither my iPhone nor laptop could get a connection signal. Sitting on the floor in the hallway or in the lobby was not a satisfying alternative but did allow me to connect.

An old, partially dilapidated hotel that does need some upgrades. Room was small but fairly clean. Beds were small. No pool on site, but you could go to sister hotel. Shower was good. Place was quiet, and worthwhile for the place, Certainly not luxurious.

Worst customer service

Cons: The staff.
I would never book here again. I had a family emergency and I was told I couldn't get my money back, even though they could have easily filled the room. The woman was aggressive, angry, patronizing and rude. So I was charged for the room. I figured I'd try to get someone I knew to stay for free and not waste it. What did they do? Call me and threaten me to tell me they were charging me MORE for not Showing up. Are you kidding?! The room was paid. Every staff member I interacted with (if they even answered the phone) was rude and arrogant. Never again. There are too many places in OCMD to go to this poorly run establishment.

The room was clean but we had to go across the street down a block to get ice from a different sister hotel- there was none on location. The rooms were a little small and the bed boards were broken and the fridge was not plugged in when we got there. Good place if you just need to stay one night which is all we needed- better place if going with friends.

Not so renovated...

Our room was on the 2nd floor and the built in wall AC was not working well or big enough to keep the room comfortable. Luckily temps were in the 80's and not the 90's. Location was close and convenient to boardwalk, shops and beach, but surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best. Beds were old bouncy springy mattresses. Website definitely over emphasized the so called renovations!
