The hotel and resort was very nice, however, we decided to book this hotel because of all of the amenities it offered (outdoor bar, restaurant, coffee shop, pool, beach loungers, etc.) we paid more than average to enjoy these amenities. but they were literally all closed. No restaurant the weekend we stayed, no coffee shop, the outdoor pool was closed, no lounger on the beach. To have no amenities I would've gone to a cheaper hotel. There was no notice that these amenities were closed because we were in an "off season" (its april after spring break) but were still charged as if all of those amenities were offered.

Hôtel is in good condition the room is clean, they have plenty of parking. The staff were not very friendly, they forgot to provide us with sheets for the sofa bed but they brought them up upon request but then we realized they didn’t provide additional pillows. The bath wash bottle was empty. I understand that most missing item could be replaced with a phone call to front desk but it’s Anoying that we have to reach out they should inspect the room before assigning it to guest.

This place looks nothing like the pictures when arrived to my room it was dirty and the Balcony was so small I left this place and went to a way better place I will never stay here again.!

The room never got cleaned. Music lasted till 12:30 at night so sleep was difficult. Rooms did not look like the floors had be cleaned. Dirt in the corners. Espically in bathroom.

It would have been nice to have known the gym was closed although it’s listed as an ammenity and the reason we booked there. Also it’s listed they have multiple restaurants and bars which were also all closed. Staff was less than friendly for the most part. No chance we stay there again.

Advertising a 24hr fitness center which is one of top reason choosing this location. They do not have a fitness center and was given a ticket to go to a local gym one time and it is not 24/7 and have to go out on main highway

So we stayed for a night at ashore and it was a very enjoyable and quiet and very nice hostel but the front desk lady that checked us in was a little on ruder side did tell us where the different amenities are for the building g or any of the surrounding restaurants that were good also I had the original room I booked our doubled booked so we were given a differnt style room than what I had booked but other than that it was a nice relaxing peaceful stay

Good morning Youssef and thank you for staying with us. May I ask when you stayed with us for a review in February? We completed our renovation in Sept of 2023 so there is currently no remodeling going on. We are in our off season now so correct the restaurants are only open when we have guests in the hotel. Unfortunately we will not be having an indoor pool but to my knowledge there is nothing on any website that states we have one. The pool was taken out about a year ago now and turned into a beautiful new space for our guests to enjoy. It would be a big help to understand when you stayed with us, thank you.

Overall, this hotel is pretty much what you pay for. It's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's certainly not the worst. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay. It worked well for my weekend trip, but I don't think it would be very comfortable for more than a couple of nights.

The hotel was nice. The room was minimal. No chair, loveseat, or sofa. Bed was against the same wall as the amazing ocean so we had the pleasure of looking at another building or city. Would have made sense to put the bed on the opposite wall so when you're sitting or lying in bed you could see the ocean. Ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go down to the 9th floor every time we needed ice. Shower heads are awful. Hardly any pressure if you are a woman with long hair and want to wash your hair. The balconies are just big enough for an infants car seat if you're on the wild side and would even put your kid out there. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and on the quiet side.

Not too bad to look at and nice location, but you may be stuck with a 250 $ pet fee and a 37$ “resort” fee in addition to what you pay hotels.com. What out for those hidden fees!!

There was a convention there. No problem -- except there was only 1 person on the front desk for a long while, then only 2. The check-in line snaked around the entire lobby. Other than that, it was a great hotel and a great stay. We'll come back - but NOT when there's a conference or convention.

I loved this resort. My 1st time ever j Ocean city MD but definitely not the last. I would like to.give special comment for the staff Especially Jessica who checked us in and made our stay so extremely memorable. The room was ocean facing and very comfortable..like an apartment with 2 full bathrooms!! I needed a microwave and she was so efficient, maintenance came in 10 minutes with it. Loved everything, thank you guys.

Room wasn’t ready, couldn’t check in until 7pm. Paid for a “premium ocean view” room and was given a standard city view room with no compensation. Beds were hard. Room not as nice in person as pictures, floor was filthy, very dark barely any lights. One small mirror in the bathroom. Good thing we only needed the room for one night. Very disappointing. They shouldn’t call themselves a “resort” it’s a motel room at best.
