Close to beach and boardwalk.Posted Sep 12, 2014
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the beach and the boardwalk was great. We were away from the crowded area of the boardwalk, which was fine for us yet we were close to restaurants, mini golfing and shops.

Pros: shops downstairs; parking garage next door
Location: quiet part of boardwalk, lots of places to eat within walking distance
issues with room not being swept clean---cereal under cabinet the whole time we were there

Rooms and hotel need to be updatedPosted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: That it was right on boardwalk
Cons: Remodel and make room completely accessible
Location: Easily near restaurants and activities
Outdated, accessible rooms were not completely accessible, commode was too low for person in wheelchair and beds were too high. Could not get out onto balcony as lip was too high. Room did not have chair to sit in for companion.

Not bad for the price.Posted Sep 6, 2014
I only paid $250 for 2 nights for a hotel right on the boardwalk. I know I've spent $350 for 1 night in a dump in Atlantic City before and this place was a 10 compares to that. The staff was nice, and our room was huge. My only critiques are: 1) the bathroom was a little snug. I'm 6 ft. 300 lbs. I had to open the door, stand sideways then close the door to go to the bathroom. After I closed the door I had plenty of room though. Like a said I'm pretty big though. 2) the shower curtain could be cleaner. The tub, sink, and floor were fine. Just the shower curtain looked a little grimy at the bottom. 3) some of te wall paper was peeling. That being said, I stayed right at the end of what I assume is a really busy season so I imagine that these rooms get used pretty hard for about 4 months and not every body is a curtious tenant,(college kids, highschool seniors). So I understand that there will be dings in the walls here or there. All in all that staff was great and the room was big and clean. The out side deck was very roomy as well. The location of the hotel is near the north end of the boardwalk which was actually pretty quiet. Not really a lot of store restaurants or attractions at that end. So if your looking for a quiet stay its perfect. The amusement park, most shops and restraunts seamed to towards the south end or center of the boardwalk so you have a little walk to get to "excitement". I've been in a lot of hotels from PA to IN to HA, FL. I give this hotel 7.5 out of 10

All rooms have a balcony and overlook the ocean.Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Please see above!
Cons: Epic lounge to be out front on the boardwalk for evening activities especially.
Location: Enjoyed being on the boardwalk and walking directly out onto the beach! The bus route is accessible and so is the tram!
Very glad to see the kitchenette with a sink, dorm refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel provided the coffee and tea, but make sure to bring your own utensils and service ware if you are staying in the room and using the 'kitchen' area. Nice to have an indoor and and outdoor pool, but never used it, as we were there for the ocean activity. They have a 24 hours coffee shop on the lobby floor. Their restaurant is not conveniently open, except for breakfast, but there are lots of places to chose to eat along the boardwalk. Quiet rooms and easy to get around. Convenient free parking garage and lot for customers to use. Epic lounge should be out on the boardwalk instead of being inside with no outdoor patio and activities. Wanted to sit outside and the outdoor pool bar was already closed and nothing else nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Convenient to the ocean and boardwalk. Great view.Posted Sep 2, 2014
Room was filthy. Wall paper was peeling from the walls. Toilet was not cleaned. Sand all over the floor. Called for towels twice, had to find a cart and get my own. Paid $599.00 for Sat. I must have fool written on my forehead!

A nice place to stayPosted Sep 1, 2014
We got this room at the last minute and it was nicer then I thought. I have been to Ocean City for over 30 years and have many a time, passed this place on the boardwalk. It definitely fit our needs and such. The walls are a little thin but other then that, it should fit your needs. The only thing was that when it says "premier" it means you are getting an ocean view and they all have ocean views...so better then others because it is a big semi circle hotel. But still...suffice to say, it will fit your needs, since it has several things...you are on the boardwalk, right on the beach and close to the action. What more could you want.

Nice location on boardwalkPosted Sep 1, 2014
We were able to check in early which was nice but the staff was very unfriendly. She told us the hotel upgraded our room to a ocean front view, which I booked and paid for to start with. The room was average with dated furniture and wallpaper peeling off the wall. What the upgrade was I don't know. The restaurant in the hotel was understaffed when we had breakfast there. The portions were tiny. The pizzeria also had extreme slow service but the food was good. The beds felt like a used trampoline. The comfort of them was horrible. The hotel's garbage dumpster is right beside the front entrance und the smell of it is nauseating.
