Wonderful viewPosted Mar 11, 2014
Kind staff, clean room, comfortable stay. But the heating wasn't working well. We were a little cold. Good coffee at the front.

Very nice hotel.Posted Mar 9, 2014
The hotel staff was very friendly! Upon arriving, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Our room was excellent with a wonderful view of the bay. The room was very clean. The only detail and this could be a personal issue, the bed was very hard. Otherwise, it was great and would recommend staying here. Also, the coffee in the lobby was great!

Could be betterPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Free parking
Cons: Bathroom doors that lock, stronger shower pressure, door knobs that are not about to fall off and likewise cabinet doors.
Cabinet doors falling off, bathroom door would not lock. The hotel was just ok, but I will not stay here again. The shower pressure was weak.

Nice resort and location.Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room we were in could use some updating.
Location: Near the beach and many other places of interest.
Overall the resort was very nice, however the room we were in had a few faults. The microwave did not work and the floors were tile and you could see how worn they were. In our opinion the room needs to be updated.

Great location, large roomsPosted Jan 8, 2014
Pros: The location was very centrally located so nothing was far away. Restaurants, outlet stores and grocery stores were all very close by.
We loved our trip to Ocean City, Maryland during the holidays. It is a halfway mark for family members to get together. The Coconut Malorie was perfect. The lobby was decorated and very pretty. The hotel staff upgraded one of the rooms to the Presidential Suite for my daughter and son-in-law and they put us right across the hall from them. the location was perfect. It was quiet at night, peaceful, and our room looked out over the harbor. Each room has a little balcony so you can step outside, which is nice. The ladies who worked for housekeeping were great, very attentive, asking us what we needed for our room each day. It was off season so we didn't get to enjoy the beach but we did go to the Christmas Lights they had at some park, they drive you around in an open trolley car. Certain restaurants were open and they were great, Captain's Table was the best one. We went horse back riding at a farm called Holly Ridge, and they took us on a 1hour ride through the woods, which my grand-children really enjoyed. I did want to say that I saw some reviews before my trip that concerned me but the hotel was great, the beds were comfortable, with crisp clean linens. The ping-pong table net was broken in the game room and we expressed our disappointment to the front desk staff and the next day the net was fixed. They have hot coffee and tea in the lobby all day, for FREE. We will go back there.

ThanksgivingPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Will not be going back. Hotel has really been allowed to deteriorate. Drop celilings are drooping and stained, closet doors were filthy and did not stay on track. Air vent was rusted and fan was very noisy when in use. Rooms are far from clean - - I don't understand what passes for cleaning but it should not just involve making beds and swishing brush around in bathrooms. The doors, cabinets, baseboards, tile floors, table tops, and sliding doors should all be thoroughly cleaned at least once a week. These hadn't been done in months. I am so tired of having to spend my first day cleaning a room that I've paid to stay in; anything, I should get reimbursed for the first day. The front desk staff were wonderful, but I don't think much of the cleaning staff. I've stayed here before, and the rooms were always 'gorgeous' - - not anymore. As I stated initially, I will not be going back.

Thanksgiving long weekend getawayPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Location. comfort, cleanliness, off-season price and views
An excellent experience, the room had all of the amenities required to make our stay comfortable and convenient to the OC boardwalk, restaurants and local area shops. The room was spacious, clean and afforded a beautiful view of the OC Atlantic skyline. The off season price was great. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Breath taking view from the our room!!!Posted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
We loved our stay at this hotel and would go back again. The room was spacious and the kitchen was fully furnished. We had an spectacular view of the Bay and the sunsets were amazing. This visit was during the off season and the hotel lobby was not accessible due to maintenance work on the floors. The staff were super nice, the service could have been better. There is no restaurant in the hotel therefore no room service was available, however Fader's restaurant was within walking distance. Overall we could not complaint because we got the room at steel rates!!
