Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive

The hotel was nice, the general facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves mostly because it was a pleasure to see the staff everyday. They worked hard for our enjoyment and it showed! We relaxed, sun bathed and were entertained to our hearts contentment.

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights here and it was the best vacation I've had on a beach and I travel a lot! One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen and it was just so relaxing. I loved that we didn't have to carry around money on the resort to constantly tip people for drinks or services. Everyone was so nice and the food was surprisingly good. I liked the size of this resort and that it was adults only. Much more peaceful without children! We saw many weddings go on while we were there, and they looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic getaway or honeymoon. You will not be disappointed!

It doesn't take long to appreciate how well the staff will cater to your every need. From the second you step off the shuttle from the airport, the bellhop is there to take your bags and ask what kind of drink you would like. The check in process is very expedient, then you can tuck your belongings into the room, and off to the beach. The staff made you feel like they truly care about your stay. The food and service was exceptional. The view from the ocean-view room balcony was exceptional. Cool tradewinds, beautiful sunrises, and good people-watching.

The hotel rooms need some updating. The staff and services were great .

Had a wonderful time at the resort. Wish I could say as much for the Montego Bay airport which could turn anyone against international travel.

My wife and I had an amazing time. The people that work there are there to ensure you have a good time. The entertainment coordinators that play games in the afternoon at the pool bar were great. Everyone there is so friendly and polite, We are definitely going back next year.

After reading some reviews, I was a little hesitant but we had a great time!! The ride from the airport went by very fast. At check in we were welcomed with a warm towel and a drink. Room was very clean. The restaurants were delicious, the buffet was average. On Saturday they put on an international buffet on the front lawn to die for. I think the best part for us was actually seeing employees taking pride in everything they did. We were always greeted w a warm smile and a pleasant greeting. This resort goes beyond anything I could have wanted. We did Dunn River Falls and had a blast!! I hope you enjoy this resort as much as we did...thanks

We had great vacation and came to this resort for the 3rd time and knew what to expect. Resort location, service, food and entertainment was very good and meet our expectation. The only complain we had is lack of shade on the beach and absence of beach umbrellas. We planning to come back again.

Just returned from trip with 3 other couples. It was fantastic! The hotel met all of our needs. Not overly fancy but very clean and well kept. Nice mix of people. Some looking for a quiet stay, others there as groups and little louder. Young and old. Staff very friendly. Food quite good. Enough restaurant options for a 4+ day stay. Always something to choose from. Beach is clean and beautiful. Very happy with trip:)

Location outside of Ocho Rios (approx 10 mins taxi ride) was fine for our needs. Hotel welcome good from very friendly staff. Not having to tip (part of policy) really made this more relaxing and easy to manage. Some staff could have been friendlier but most were very helpful and good humoured. Pool bar very noisy especially later in afternoon especially if your room is just above it (Block 4) but it closes at 6pm so wasn't a major problem - and if you like a good time probably best to join in! All restaurants provided good quality meals to meet particular requirements and staff went out of way to meet specific requirements for less spicy (hot) food. Beach is not as extensive as you'd hope for. Usain Bolt would manage full length in 9 secs! Expensive shop and trips. Building could do with revamp but management keep it clean and tidy - with painting going on each day. Still worth it for a short break.
