“Wonderful Vacation/Great Experience”

3/27-4/2 2012 I was disappointed with the rooms but we were never in them anyway. Had a great view from the balcony.The staff were awesome and they had great entertainment everyday! The resort had beach all the way and many pools to choose from. The food was good and I always had a drink in my hand. They had fun tours $ and you could sign up with groups. I would definitely go back!

“Great Hotel”

I must say after reading some bad reviews I was nervous about hotel. However, I was very pleased with this resort! My husband and I stayed for 5 days and had great time. Check-in was simple and easy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping did great job. Pools and beach were clean. The food was good with a good variety to choose from. Horace, a bartender, did an excellent job! My only complaints would be the wait on the elevators was long at times and the pool bartenders needed extra help. Overall, this is an excellent resort for couples or families and I will definitely stay again!

“Wonderful time at the Sunset Jamaican Grande”

The staff at the Sunset Jamaican Grande were out to pleased their guest and they did that in the most exemplary manner. Every staff member greeted their guest with a smile. Nothing was too much for them to do. From the gardner to upper management went above and beyond to satisfy their guest: Food, music, drinks were excellent. For me safety was of utmost importance. I felt safe when I saw the Security Guard made his rounds very frequently. Every driver that enters the entrance of the hotel/resort had to identify himself. I would go back and take my friends and family to this resort anytime.

“Just the getaway I needed.”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The choice of foods and options for dining on the premises were excellent. The Spa and beach on the premises, the sunsets in the evening; and the cool breeze flowing throughout the hotel are simply just wonderful. So much activities, entertainment, and convenience of near by shopping. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel. I would book there again.

“Amazing”

This resort is just amazing. The service of the staff was beyond wonderful. They always asked how you like things and if you need anything. They went above and beyond to make you feel at home. All the restaurants on site were amazing the food was delicious. The pools were constantly cleaned, and the beaches were so beautiful. Every night there was a show of somesort put on and they did wonderful at having things planned. We will be back for sure!!

“Great all inclusive deal”

Everyone was extremely welcoming and always with a smile. The price of the all inclusive far exceeded my expectation and abundance of food alcohol and entertainment. When traveling to Jamaica we will hands down stay here again

“Great get away!!!”

I read previous ratings before goin to the hotel, and some had me worried. But my stay there overall was really nice. We stayed in the north tower which had a great view of everything. Walking distance to being with the locals and other attractions. I was there with my partner and although we're pretty discreet for the most part, everyone was really friendly chill. The rates were really good!! The food was great, and the drinks were Right!!!! Ask for the Bob Marley drink..

“Great hotel for any occasion.”

Jackie from the Housekeeping Staff and Kevin from the Front Desk were superb! Their Customer Service skills were amazing.
