“Really nice place- but desk person was kinda rude when we asked for 2 queen size beds”

Overall this is a really nice place so YES definitly recommend it. There is a breakfast buffet for $11.00, a pool, hot tub, fitness center and a nice lobby and there was plenty of parking. Definitely take a walk next door to Brennans food market you can get really unique cheeses, fruit etc....and they have tons of samples so it can even be a meal if you want it to be. Desk clerk was a little rude when we asked for 2 queen beds so we got stuck with the room near the HVAC units (a little noisy) and not a good view at all! We did get a discounted room but that is no reason to shrug at us especially when the place was pretty empty anyways. I hope this place makes it.

“Hotel great, but front desk clerk........”

The room was kept clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly, saying hello as we walked by. The workers in the dining area were very friendly and helpful. I would come and stay again.

“Good hotel for any traveler”

The staff are friendly and efficient, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is what you expected. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. This is a good, solid, and reasonably-priced hotel. Highly recommended.

“one thing of annoyance”

The hotel was overall of good quality and the appointments were very good, however, the one thing that was annoying was that the air-conditioning for the room was noisy and there were only doonas on the beds and no blankets in the room, which meant the air had to be turned right down so as not to overheat during sleep.

the hotel is central to good shopping, close to the freeway and quiet, because it is located off the main roads.

“Nice - but no bathroom fans”

How does anyone build a new hotel and forget to put exhaust fans in the bathrooms or a ceiling fan in the fitness room. At least put a sign in the fitness room directing folks to see the front desk for an increase in A/C for the duration of their work out. (my solution for the duration of my stay) One more suggestion, free wireless is great but consider a secure network with the password at the front desk upon check in like the Hampton Inn does. This would be a more secure online environment for your customers.

“New Front personnel average”

Nice hotel, clean however garbage did accumutlate at the outside rear entrance and left for about a day and half.

“friendly hotel staff”

Not much too do in evening. Hotel bar, Friday night, closed at 9 pm. We travel from a different time zone so it was like 7 pm to us.

“Stayed 4 times during past 3 months, Recommend Highly”

Hotel is only 3 to 4 years old. It is very comfortable and accessible to Main Highways. Totally enjoyed staying there. Staff is friendly and helpful. It feels like home away from home. Will stay there again!
