Pros: It was inexpensive and the service was fine
Cons: The rooms were small but admittedly, us Americans are spoiled with big rooms and houses

Great locationPosted Apr 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Apart from no ground floor entrance it was a very nice hotel and I would stay again and again and recommend it to all and friends . The dinning area is to small, the tables are a poor choose for lack of leg room but at the price I am not complaining , over all it's great

Across from Teranova store on a busy streetPosted Apr 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Opera House, Archeology museum are in close proximity. Not suitable for a handicap traveller. It is a small hotel, need to carry bags 2-3 stairs to reach room.Adequate breakfast. Great front desk staff specially Ira, very useful and wiling to help. centrally located with good transport facilities. I would choose again to stay here.
Great Location, Staff Speak English, ModernPosted Jan 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great little hotel. As it's full name "Mini-Hotel" suggests this is a small private hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean but small. You get a double bed, space to walk around it (just) and a small bathroom with a shower. You get free WiFi which worked just fine. The staff were English speaking a helpful. There is no dining room, breakfast is served in your room or in a small seated area behind reception. The location is fantastic, you are right in the heart of the city a stones throw from the Opera House. It's a quite location, situated in a courtyard off the main road. Highly recommended if small is OK with you. I scored 5 across the board just deducting one point for the smallness of the room and the fixed overhead shower head could have done with descaling (had to use the handheld one)

Lovely small hotel in prime Odessa LocationPosted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: Location and comfy bed
Cons: Rooms are on the second and third floor and there is no elevator, so it would be a challenge for some.
Location: Just off the famous pedestrian street in central Odessa.
The Annabelle is right in the center of the city, where all the action and attractions are. Couldn't have a better location. It bills itself as a mini hotel, and it is. Like many Eastern European hotels, it is the second and third floors of an apartment building, with the entrance in the center court yard. For American and Western European visitors, hotels in this part of the world, can be surprising and not always in a positive way. The Annabelle was great. Clean, warm, comfy room with a modern bathroom. Great bed (often not the case in these parts). The room was tiny by Western standards, which is why I would not recommend it for families, but it was clean, well designed with good storage, plenty of lights, and a lot of nice touches. The bathroom was more spacious than the room and also well designed and modern. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, and right on time, served a delicious hot breakfast with great coffee. Staff was pleasant, helpful and spoke very good english. All and all, a treat to stay at the Annabelle.

Nice peeps, great winter location.Posted Dec 25, 2012
The hotel is right in the middle of town and the staff are delightful. It's just off of Odessa's main street, a few minutes walk from the Potemkin Stairs and not far from the beach. My room was tight, and the shower was falling apart a bit, but it was December and the room was warm and comfy enough. For the price, Annabelle was a steal.
