Right in the city centerPosted Oct 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
Location of the apartment is just perfect - right in the city center. The apartment is in a typical historical building of Odessa of end of 19-beginning of 20 century but that's nice since it brings some local color while the apartment itself is renovated and comfortable. Drawbacks include: 1) The transfer service is awful, don't deal with it. The default cost is five times higher than usual taxi rate for the same distance. I managed to bargain it down to be just three times higher but still. In addition, the driver was late for 30 minutes (we had to call the agency to make sure he is going to come) and the car was dirty and older than I am. 2) They never tell you before you come but you have to leave a deposit when you rent an apartment. Deposit amount is about the cost of 3-6 nights staying. 3) On a double bed they have a blanket which is wide enough for one person only. So, you either have to hug one another really tight the whole night or accept the fact you'll be cold (I stayed there in autumn, probably that's not a problem in summer).
Located on the best street in OdessaPosted Jul 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
I really enjoyed it. The Apartment Manager was very attentive to all my needs and requests. The location couldn't be better with many great restaurants and shopping malls within close walking distance.I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Odessa.

Very good experience.......................Posted Oct 29, 2011 on Hotels.com
Before we arrive, received a telephone call from Rental Agency. They provided transit to and from Airport, at very reasonable rate. The Apartment was very Comfortable, and Centrally located to City Centre. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again in future.

Location DeceptivePosted Aug 18, 2011 on Hotels.com
I rented a studio apartment for 5 nights from the Odessa Apartments at Deribasovskaya. I also paid 20 USD for them to pick me up in a taxi and take me to the apartment, which was more expensive than a regular taxi (which would have been about 5 USD) but was worth it because the apartment was not at the location specified. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk from Deribasovskaya street, which is pretty much the center of Odessa and the reason why I booked this apartment. When I saw we were stopping at a different place, the lady from the agency said that their headquarters is on Deribasovskaya but that the apartments are located all around Odessa. Keep this in mind. The apartments themselves were the best I've seen in Ukraine. They were newly renovated with brand-new shower units with multiple jets (unheard of in most of the country), beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, flat-panel TVs, and daily housekeeping. If you don't mind walking then the apartment is for you. The apartment was a bit pricey by Ukraine standards, but if you contact them before you book you may be able to get a lower rate for longer stays--this is always the case in Ukraine, where you can bargain for anything. Overall, a beautiful apartment but be careful about deceptive locations.

Odessa ApartmentsPosted May 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
The only drawback to this studio apartment was the location. I was under the impression that it would be within 200 yards of the Opera House. That is very misleading in that that point was just the pick up spot. Too much money was spent on cab fare as a result of the location. However, the studio apartment was fantastic and so was the service.
