"Excellent location on quiet street with easy walk."
The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. They helped me with any question. There is a very nice sauna and room massage which was excellent. The hotel restaurant is very good and the included breakfast was very substantial and delicious. I was able to walk everywhere and taxi was always available when needed. The staff also arranged transport to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

House keeping only make a bed don't clean, don't clean bathroom, don't leave water.
This is a new hotel so things work but staff and genral running of hotel is 2* or 3* Breakfast is awful, buffet is choice of 4 things thats it, you can ask for an egg or bacon but unless you know you can ask will never get it. TV is Russian only, stayed in many 4 and 5* hotels and all better than this. Hotel called a local Taxi, total rip off, charged 4 times more than other local taxi, one even after over charging had the nerve to ask for 20UAH more for waiting 3 minutes while I popped to a kiosk. Rooms don't have coffee only tea. Only good thing about here is the bell hop guy Serggy very helpful and perfect english

First, the building is like a palace...wide grand staircases, ornate open spaces, 15 foot ceilings. Second, it's a two minute walk to odessa's main draws - the opera/ballet theatre, a must visit, and the stairs to the old port. Up there with the Peabody in Memphis in terms of great hotels.

On my first visit to the Ukraine and Odessa, my expectations were not set very high; however I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, its staff and all the accommodations they offer as well as the city and its people. Rooms in Eastern Europe are not in keeping with American ideas, but my room was bright very clean well furnished and never at a lose for anything, the staff was exceptional by any measure. I will visit this hotel again.
