Pros: Location! Clean, cozy and comfortable.
Location: right in downtown Oquiquit near the action!
Wonderful inn with a great location. Park your car for the weekend and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jimmy is a great inn keeper who makes you feel welcome. Provided some great restaurant recommendations.

We only stayed one night on our way to Boston. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and local attractions.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice hotel, great value, spotlessly clean. The only problem is that it is quite noisy in the hotel - you can hear the other rooms muh of the time. Perhaps you need a slippers only policy?!!!

Great value!Posted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: The location of the hotel and its accommodations are excellent values.
Cons: 100 percent pleased
Location: Close to the beach and all other Main Street attractions.
This inn is located on main drag in Ogonquit, but is within walking distance to beach areas. The room was clean and comfy and the owner was friendly and accommodating. You can pay more to face the beach, but you won't beat this place for value and ambiance.

Found a new homePosted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Location, location, attentiveness of owner to every detail. Cleanliness and overall fun atmosphere of the guests.
Cons: Free champagne on arrival---actually nothing. It was great.
My wife and I wanted to visit and get the feel of being in the center of town and very close to the beach for this visit. The room was so much better than expected. We just parked the car and never moved it the entire stay. The trolley is right there, the awesome coffee shop with Carpe Diem coffee - right there and Harbor Chocolate next door. A vacation delight. First night walked on the beach which was about a 5-10 minute walk, and fell in love with the Abalonia immediately. Jimmy keeps everyone happy as I was a bit of a difficult guest, but by the end of our stay, he is now a friend. Going back in September. Thanks Jimmy!
