So sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are constantly trying to improve our property. As for the double charge on your credit card it was probably just an authorization which we do every morning and it will go away. Please check with your cc company to make sure it is gone. It may take a few days. Please call us if there is still an issue.

Thanks for your review, and for staying with us, you were charged a pet fee for your dog as your online reservation booked was for a standard room and not a pet rate room, when guests booked like this we charge a pet fee and assign them to specific rooms that we use for non pet rate , which you were assigned to one of those rooms hence why the room would have had a dog smell to it, sorry if our pet policy wasn't understandable to you prior to booking. Any questions with your reservations you can always call our front desk for assistance.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Upon our investigation there were no bed bugs found in the room. Sometimes it happens because bedbugs can be brought from visitors from different places also. It is hard for businesses to find them unless they are visible.
