Great Stop wpuld use again
Picked this as an overnight stop on the way to the Eurotunnel. The receptionist ( a lady) who's name i can't remember was so nice & welcoming. The rooms are basic but beds were comfortable & everything was clean would definitely use this one again. Lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk which is a bonus after a long drive up from the Mediterranean

Waste of time.
Unable to check into the hotel. The car park was shut, then on the gate it says you need a code to enter, which was never provided to me. Then I went to the "24 hour check in" point, where it stated it was unable to process my check-in, and to contact reception, but there was no one on reception at the time I arrived. Had to leave and book an ibis budget hotel instead. If you're going to be arriving late, don't bother, it's a waste of time and money. The cherry on the cake was being accosted by a group of people trying to get me to give them my credit card so they could book a room, really dodgey area, seedy looking hotel that you can't actually use.

Hello,We are sorry you experienced such a bad time.There was obvious miserderstandings.First, after 21:00, the gate is closed and you need a code that is given when you check in.Second, on late checkins, you use the automated reception when the front desk is close.There is a emergency number in case you have a problem like you had on the machine.Should you had called, the trouble would have been solved.We hope you understand now and wish you a good day.

Ho prenotato per 3 notti ma non sono riuscita a stare più di una, dopo sono scappata nonostante ho pagato tutto il soggiorno... faceva schifo, il bagno era piccolissimo, l'acqua nella doccia non scendeva dallo scarico, le linsuola e le asciugamani avevano un odore strano e spiaciovele, prima di uscire mi sono affacciata sotto il letto per vedere se ho dimenticato qualcosa ma ho visto il materasso era sporco da far venire da vomitare, poi c'era sempre casino e rumore della gente lì che parlano e fumano vicino alle camere tutta la notte... Non è un posto sicuro... Insomma è stata una bruttissima esperienza. Lo sconsiglio pienamente

Decent budget motel
Typical motel, small rooms designed for a short stay. Locations is convenient as it is near many restaurants and the airport . The breakfast could have been better. The staff is very helpful.

Short stay
As a budget hotel for an unscheduled overnight stay, it did the job. But, it wasn't a 'true' double room. Three small singles that are ok for anyone under 5 ft 10". The main issue is that it is extremely difficult to find. You can see it clearly from the road but cant find your way to the carpark without a lot of fiddling about. I arrived after 9pm when the entrance is locked off by electric gates. It could do with much clearer signage to guide from the road to the access gate. The website has no guidance at all about access except that yoh need to check in between 2pm and 9pm. So, if you are staying here you need to go past the hotel turn right at the lights and right again behind a couple of other business' into a dirt road. You will see a B&B hotel on your left. Go past until you see Premiere Classe on your right and approach the gates. Yoh need to walk in to reception to get the code. Again, the website says you will be given the code with your booking confirmation but, we were not!

Dear Guest The guidance is on the main gate in english and french and explain clearly how to proceed to enter. The code is given when you do checkin at the automatic reception. We can't give it to everybody before their checkin.

The hotel was close to the airport and was easily accessible via bus. However, there was a member of staff that was extremely rude. She wouldn't even try speak a word of English despite our efforts trying to commuticate with her in French. Our room was double booked despite paying the full amount for our stay. We left our luggage in the hotel in the morning on the day of our arrival to come back and find our room given to someone else. They refused to accommodate us with a different room or offer a refund. Absolutely appalled by the service and the inconvenience it caused. There was one guy that was helpful and I have to give him credit. He's a member of staff that gave us his room to stay for the night. Absolutely would not recommend staying here, they might not even give you the room you paid for in full.

Dear Customer Hotel kept your luggage despite you disappeared without given us a name and we had no news from you during a full day and half, so your reservation was cancelled as per the normal process of noshow. Then you arrived and the reception had to find you a room then the hotel was full. Maybe the reception girl had difficulties with speaking english but she also was in diffculties because she didn't want to let you go with any solution We appreciate to be informed so we can organized the stay of our guest on the best condition

A 1 night stay hotel (not bad)
It is quite difficult to get to as it has no entrance from the street. We hit it by chance. It is a small hotel used mostly by drivers. It has an automatic reception which starts after 09.00 pm and works surprisingly well as in 5 minutes we got our room (previously reserved). The room has minimal comfort but it is clean and quiet. We made the mistake to let the door open for a while and we were invaded by an army of ants, fortunately we defeated them and had a quiet night. If you have an early flight from the local airport (Beauvais Tille) then it is a good hotel (only 7km) as they offer a shuttle. We didn't try it, as we were by a rented car.

Cheap and shows it.
It's a Premier Classe, so you cant expect too much. The front gate is locked, you have to find the track at the back for the other gate. There is a special type of receptionist at these, but this one was particularly unhelpful and unpleasant. Does have a rather noisy air conditioner, just as well, because you couldn't possible leave a window open here.

Cheap for a reason.
Everything was fine except for the fact that there’s no “lobby”/ waiting area when you arrive rather early to check into your hotel. They do have a dining area right beside the counter but I wasn’t able to wait there even though it was empty because the employee said she needed to clean the area. I was kind of appalled at her behavior since I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to wait outside in the cold because a hotel does not have a waiting area. Also, the shower is small and nasty. You get what you pay for. Come with a open mind and a low expectation. The restaurant right beside the hotel is amazing so it made up for the experience. Also, almost all taxi drivers in Beauvais have rigged their meters. And Uber isn’t usually available in early mornings.

We had to walk 3 km from the train station to get to the hotel. The reception closes at 9 so we got our room key through the machine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but room was very small. Only about a foot between the end of the bed and the wall and you had to be careful not to bump your head on the small TV near the bathroom, which was plastic and extremely cheap. Close to the bus for the airport but bus does not run very often so check the times!
