Nice hotelPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness. Pool. Kitchenette. Free breakfast.
Location: Next to a small amusement park that I assume is only open in the summer months.
Stayed overnight during Christmas/New Years holiday. This hotel seems very new and is very clean. Kitchenette in our room was well stocked. Enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stayPosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: The quietness, friendly staff, nicely landscaped grounds and on site restaurant.
Cons: Just have housekeeping double check the coverlets for smudges.
Location: We were on our way to Oroville to pick up a puppy, so we didn't dally, but the lake would be the reason to visit. It's beautiful and inviting.
After driving for 6 hours, it was great to find our hotel. We arrived at dark, so we really didn't see the outside until we were leaving. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We put our bags in the room and went to the on-site restaurant for dinner. We had chicken wraps. Afterward, we sent swimming and relaxed in the hot tub. I don't usually sleep well, so it was not surprise that I was up part of the night. The hotel was very quiet. The room was just the right size for the two queen beds, a desk and chair, an upholstered chair and ottoman. There was a television, but we never turned it on. The only negative was a smudge on the coverlet. Small as it was, it just bothered me. I'm sure they would have replaced it had I asked. Three fluffy pillows per bed was nice. The bathroom was clean and well lit. The mirror must have been 4' x 6' above the vanity. The low flow shower head was adequate. Lotion, 2 makeup remover cloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner were complimentary. The breakfast choices were cereal, waffles, French toast, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins and drinks. I used the phone, so paid for the call before we left. I mentioned that we would use the change to get some drinks from the vending machine for our trip home, and the clerk offered us four complimentary bottled drinks. She explained that the Quizno sub store next door was owned by the hotel and it had just closed for the season, so she had some drinks to share with guests!

Everything was satisfactory except for the breakfast included with the room. I understand it's difficult to provide breakfast for the hours it was available but everything was overcooked and not particularly warm.

Great for FamilyPosted Oct 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were booked into a ground floor room equipped with fridge, large flat panel TV & free WIFI. No microwave but can use the one in the breakfast room. Very clean & spacious room but sound proofing between floors leaves much to be desired. Even normal adult walking transmits right through let alone the rapid thumping of a child running. If you need quiet, request a top floor. The pool & whirlpool area was uniquely painted with a western theme. Nice change rooms with showers. The fitness room requires separate key from reception. Full breakfast is included & coffee is available 24 hours. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. The restaurant next door serves great food as well.

Comfortable hotel close to everything.Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Modern, clean, good sleeping, great breakfast room with great breakfast. The staff are friendly and very accommodating (pun not intended!).
Cons: Nothing noted.
Location: Right on the main road through town, but room to the back side was very quiet. Recommend a visit to the NK'MIP Winery nearby for a tour.
We arrived a few hours early but they had our room ready, and they let us sign in to drop off our luggage before we headed off to do a tour of a local winery. We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel, though I must admit that I only had a piece of bumbleberry pie a la mode. My wife had a taco salad. We both enjoyed our dinners very much.
