Clean but boringPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: Clean, big rooms..
Cons: A lounge..a gift shop..movies to rent..
Very happy about how clean and spacious and quiet the room was..however..there was no lounge to speak of..restaurant just so so..closed at 11 am..Quiznos closed..nothing to do really..front desk lady was cranky when we signed in..kept saying how fully booked they were..isnt that what you are hoping for?? she was curt and frazzled..I would still recommend it but warn people not to expect a relaxing cocktail or nice restaurant..these things are important to my husband and I when we get away..also there did not seem to be an option to rent movies..that I could figure out anyway..

Location: Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park is right next to the hotel, and an indoor pool is across the road.
Overall the hotel facility maintained pretty good and staff was friendly, I could have given 4 of 5 if I had not had the following experiences. After we checked in and walked to the room, we smelled very strong curry spices along the hallway. Later we found out there's a family group doing pot luck in one of their rooms. Once entered into the room, we found that it was filled with smoking odor. The hotel manager told us the hotel is non-smoking facility but could not help if customer broke the rule. I requested to have another room and was told there's no more left due to busy long weekend. I was given a odor remover. We sprayed the room and returned after an hour, the odor was cleared. Though, the hallway's curry odor was still lingering in the hallway.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were good. Balcony felt a little shaky. Right next to a small kids entertainment area so could get a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok

Pros: It was Pet friendly
Cons: Happy with everything.
Location: Great location for wine tours.
Glad to hear that it was a pet friendly hotel - not many around. I do not have a pet right now but would stay there again in the future (pet or no pet) Very clean room and staff great.

Hotel was decent, water in pool and hot tub seemed a bit murky and at breakfast the room was like a sauna but otherwise had a good stay.

Really clean and spacious.Posted Mar 24, 2015
Location: Central location. close to the beach. Close to an amusement park.
Very meticulous. Family has multiple allergies and the room and bedding was super clean. We had requested any early check-in and our request was accommodated. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and pool was clean
