We stayed in villa #412. It's right on the water, with a small rocky hill in front, but there are walkways around to access the beach/water.View is incredible, nearly 180 degrees of the lake. One 1 side is a neighboring unit with a small wall for privacy on your patio. On the other side is a walkway that probably is busy in the summer, but a row of small trees helps provide privacy.Beyond the patio is a lawn (no privacy shields).Your view includes the dock which was lovely during our stay in April - I wondered if there would be a lot of boat noise in Summer? Patio included a BBQ which worked great.Kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils, blender, hot water kettle, toaster, dishes, everything you can think of - I don't recall seeing a waffle maker. There is no seasonings or food whatsoever so you'll need to bring all that.Full size drip coffee pot is provided as well as a few servings of ground coffee.Bedrooms are small,as is expected in a cottage. Both bedrooms had wall AC units which was nice. Master bedroom is very tight- had queen bed, small dresser with TV on top and a Large wardrobe (no closet) that takes up lots of space. a very plus sized person may be uncomfortable getting around in the master bedroom and bath. The hall bathroom was nicely sized and the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds had a bit more space to move around. Unit is decorated with a beach feel. We loved our stay and the unit! We would definitely return!
