We are so pleased that you had a memorable stay in our two bedroom walkout Townhouse. That unit does afford privacy and unrestricted lakeview. Each of our units have a slightly different and unique perspective but all are lakefront. We look forward to your next visit.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We do have two coin operated laundry rooms that can be found on either end of our main building. Our three-bedroom Casa Grade Suite does offer a washer and dryer in the unit.

We find our small villa (cottage) units are very popular. Larger parties or those who want more room, are always pleased with the 1,2 or 2 bdrm den unit in the main condo building. There's generally something to suit every need. We'd be delighted to have you return for a future visit.

Sorry to hear that the TV didn't work in the master bedroom. We always hope that guests will advise us of any problems during the stay so that our staff can assist in rectifying the issue at the time. Our Office is open 7 days a week.

We would like to offer a later time, but are restricted by a shortage of staff and the time it takes to properly clean units with fully-equipped kitchens. However, you are welcome to enjoy our facilities during the day following checkout.

We regret that you were disappointed with your stay. That is the first we have heard of difficulty in finding the Front Office. Also, we receive many positive reviews about our beds, and specifically do not recommend the pullouts for adults, only children, as they are typically not as comfortable.

You arrived just prior to the opening of our pool and hot tub, and still in our low season. The area was still under maintenance so we could not open the area to guests. Our checkout time is strictly set as units with full kitchens require a lengthy period for cleaning. Unfortunately, the Front Desk does not have flexibility to adjust checkout times. We hope you might give us another chance to make up for this experience.
