Horrible room condition!!!!!Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Good location, easy to acess anywhere!!
Once we check-In room smell was terrible we tried to find window there was window but not able to OPEN!!! We book 2 night. Every morning our family leave as soon as possible and came back for only sleep. Price of the place is way too expensive with condition. Continental brekfast was worst!!

The only down side was the promise of breakfast and it was a bagel and coffee.

Nice motel, a bit expensive.Posted Jul 6, 2014
We stayed for 2 nights during our road trip through the Okanagan valley, and we found that we had a good experience at this motel although we did find it a bit expensive considering some of the other motels we stayed at during our trip... Thought there would have been more to the "continental breakfast" but it was alright. Also, signs in the room told us to leave our towels on the floor if we wanted them washed or to leave them on the hooks if we were going to use them again... They ended up washing all of our things, don't know why... What's the point in having signs?

It is not my best option in my future trip.Posted Jul 2, 2014
Location: Good location
There was no restaurant. We had to collect breakfast from office. Only one toaster! Not clean and usually long waiting line early mornings.

over all not tooo bad.Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: nice décor, quite location, central location.
Cons: breakfast could be a little better. opening the pool at a decent hour is a mandatory, otherwise you may as well remove it.
Location: close proximity to almost everything in the center of the city.
over all it was not to bad; room was nice, quite area, nice décor. the issue I had was that we got a suite with an extra room because one of us has a snoring problem, unfortunately the room was not separate, it was just part of the rest of the room. breakfast was ok, though very small selection, very basic. the biggest let down was I booked this hotel specifically because it has a swimming pool as I enjoy a morning swim, though they don't open the pool until 10am, no exceptions which is rather useless. it needs to be open a 8 am as most everyone is checking out by 9 am to go to their destinations...I don't know anyone who goes to a hotel and stays there all day.
