There were no towels, the room is in disrepair, and the bed was atrociously soft and uncomfortable. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower - which lasted about 2 minutes and then the pressure dropped. When I checked in, I waited outside in the cold for the attendent to drive to work and check me in. Would never recommend this place unfortunately. Needs a major update or cheaper prices.

It is a budget property. Old. Could be cleaner. But a good price if you are not too fussy. Check-in was easy and the clerk was helpful. No elevator to second floor. Room access from outside. Lots of parking. Close to 7-11, Denny's, Shell etc so location is convenient.

The room was okay, it had a fridge and microwave, nice sink, broken wardrobe. The area of the toilet and bath needs a good cleaing and new flooring tiles.

The property was not clean. The room itself was dirty. The folding lock was broken. I had to wait 15 minuttes to check in because no one was in the office. Only 1 face cloth for 2 people. I would not recommend this place for others. I have stayed at other hotels for this brand and this location does not represent a good reputation.

For the price - it’s doable. Walking distance to store and restaurants was good. Opened the desk drawer on our last night and found someone’s leftover pizza. lol No one cleaned while we were there. The did bring us clean towels when requested. Wi-Fi was spotty at night. It made it difficult to watch the Roku TV. IT NEEDS A GOOD DEEP CLEAN. NO plugs on sink or tub. Make sure you don’t drop anything!! Like an earring or ring. Lotta dust bunnies under the bed! Had queen size mattress protector on our King size bed. Sheets kept popping off the corners. Needs some nicer blankets/bed spread.

When you pay 116. a night you expect better quality. It was clean but light burned out, closet door falling off, tub looked frumpy, no room service and no continental breakfast as advertised.

I wasn't expecting a lot from this hotel as we booked late and everything pretty much booked up. I told my kids not to expect a lot. I emailed asking for info about the kitchen in the room and didn't get any response so I didn't have high hopes for our stay. Once we got there, the desk person (I'm assuming he was also the owner) was very polite. He upgraded us and was incredibly helpful. The room we ended up getting was nice. It had a great kitchen area, everything was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The sheets smelled nice and clean. It was spacious in some areas and tight in others, but our family of 4 stayed for 5 days and we did just fine. When the A/C was on, you couldn't hear anyone else around you. When it was off you could hear some people or the odd train, but it wasn't inconvenient. We never felt unsafe or bothered by other guests. We were constantly offered clean towels and toilet paper. The employee/owner seemed to always be there and we never had to look around for someone to help us. There was always parking close to our room and it is in a convenient area. Everything is very close. Some things we didn't love - it's obviously an older hotel so stuff like the carpet was warn, the kitchen wasn't supplied with a lot, the bathroom cupboards opened from the bottom, the tub and sink don't drain well. Again, it's not a fancy hotel by any means, but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

The property is nicely situated in downtown vernon and looks oi from outside. It is clearly in a state of collapse, however. Stop "Work orders stapled in various places around building. No cleaning staff visible. Was promised a credit card transactikon report at checkout, but at 8 am sign said no staff until 10 am. Left empty handed. It needs proper management and TLC.

Manish at reception was very helpful and friendly - Gave us all 3 rooms on first floor - Rooms are clean but old with small window AC which was just enough to cooldown room. Lots of parking with many dinning options around the property. I can stay there again

the place is run down and nothing really works, our AC was not working so worker brought in window AC that blew the electrical right off, the lights keep flickering off and on..smoke alarm was not armed and sitting in drawer... I realize this is not a 5 star accomodations.. and I would rate it a 1.. Thank you for asking

Don't stay here!
Rooms are run down, carpets are filthy and stained, paint peeling off the walls. In fact the floors were sticky. Drain in washroom sink was leaking all over the floor. Air conditioning was useless and the fridge did not work. Looks like they were doing some renovations but there was a " Stop Work Order" posted. Pay a little more and book somewhere else.

Front desk was very accommodating. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room was cleanish but very worn. Bed was extremely soft. The a/c was very loud and did not do enough to cool the sleeping area. Pool looked nice but we never used it. No continental breakfast as the sign out front states. The road out front is very busy, although street noise was not an issue but access to and from was a bit of an issue. Other tenants at the hotel, perhaps long term, were polite and helpful, never a concern. We would consider staying here again.

The bad: Carpets were filthy/stained. Bathroom tiles were grimy. There was an old coffee filter in the coffee pot. Mattresses were too soft. No continental breakfast provided. No cable TV. I didn't even want to see if the pool was available. The good: reasonably priced, quiet, convenient location, A/C worked well (but was noisy), wifi worked. Overall, I don't think I will be staying here again.

The front desk agent was very nice but that’s it. The bathroom was clean but the bed linen had a god awful smell to it. TV needs to be replaced and the air conditioner is extremely loud (but works). The motel obviously has some long term stays there and didn’t exactly feel safe.

I had no idea this place was a monthly rental type of place. Bags of garbage outside many of the units. Several of the cars in the parking spots look like they had been lived in. The pictures on the website in no way represented what I experienced. There was a double size mattress on queen frame. Stains on wall. Tv did not work and attempts to contact office were fruitless. This place might serve a purpose, but not as hotel stay for a vacationer or someone attending a function in Vernon. Not exactly sure what the ‘stop work’ order signs were all about..several posted around the place.
