Very comfortable, met all our needs

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: Great beds, outdoor hot tub, excellent restaurant.
Cons: It was all great - we really enjoyed our stay.
Location: Close to the beach at Lake Okanagan, and not too far from Skaha Lake. Swam in both lakes even though it was autumn.
Excellent property, with a great restaurant. The staff like their jobs, are easygoing & thoughtful of guests. The hotel is close to everything - the beach, wineries, or just hanging out in Penticton. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We felt like we were staying at a resort.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: The courtyard and pool area were especially nice, rooms were a good size and nicely appointed.
Location: Proximity to the lake, Starbucks and grocery store near by.
Second trip up to the Naramata Bench for wine tasting and second time we stayed at the Ramada. Great location, and facilities.

Nice hotel but price was high.

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Location, clean, comfortable bed.
Cons: Cost was too high for the offseason.
Location: Wine tasting in October, golf coarse right beside the place.
Check in was easy, room was good but unable to keep cool, mic view of the golf coarse but wasn't there to golf. Overall it was good but I would have expected less that $229/night in the off seasoning Penticton.

Vacation

Cons: It needs updating.
It was like going back in a time machine but it was clean and yes I would go back there.

Overall good and good value for after Labour day

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Clean, room was a reasonable size. Sound proofing is good. Our room faces the street and once the door was closed, it was quiet.
Location: central location for wine touring up and down the strip (Kelowna and Oliver)
First arrival, the keys did not work. Staff changed room for us but keys still did not work but worked for the "old" room. Ended up staying in the original assigned room. Room was not cleaned after the first day (i.e. bed not made). Our "do not disturb" sign was inside our room but a "do nt disturb" sign was on the ground outside our room when we retunred at the end of the day. May be that is the reason but still do know why?

Enjoyable!

Cons: Hotel staff could explain things better, especially breakfast vouchers (not all vouchers are for free breakfast) and the location of the fitness room.
Very nice hotel with all the rooms having patios/balconies walking out onto the beautifully manicures courtyard and swimming pool. Very close to the lake and beach.
