Booked a lake-view king suite for 3 days. Lovely view and spectacular room. Very large - full kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry. Full bathroom off of the bedroom. Everything was well-maintained and clean. We did not need any service past check-in but that went smoothly. There is free parking for guests and ample lakefront, paved pathways, to explore. As lakeview rooms face the courtyard, where the pool is, I can imagine it will be noisy come warmer weather. You're not immediately close to amenities, past the in-house restaurant (which we didn't go to) but you're very close via car (about 5-10 minutes depending on what you're looking for). I'd suggest picking up some groceries before check-in. One small, odd, thing to note: the bathroom used 1-ply toilet paper. I've stayed in cheaper places with better TP. So keep that in mind if that bugs you 😆 Otherwise great place - I will definitely be back.

Everything about the property was great. The restaurant at the hotel was quite slow with service but beyond that the hotel and facilities were great.

Would have been great to know that the pool and main hot tubs were closed for the winter; given how prominently they are showcased in the property pictures. The one hot tub that was available was in the back and was dark and in the corner.

Close to highway, convenient for access to Downtown Kelowna and Peachland. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The restaurant on site offers excellent service and food, along with excellent local wines

Condo with a hotel lobby. *winter visit*
*winter visit* It’s simply a condo with a hotel lobby. Attended for 2 nights. Firstly the 5pm check in during shoulder season immediately left a bad taste in our mouth. It’s incredibly late and would require people to arrive in the full dark so if you can’t drive at night -get lost. We certainly wouldn’t check in a 5pm then have to spend time getting ready, unpacking then say go to an event or downtown (20+ min drive) for dinner? The staff were very friendly to be clear, the place was clean enough. Room was SMALL and BASIC-No charm. Our room was clearly the attachment to a proper room… The actual condo beside us.. their dining room table and window faces our ONLY window… that showed our entire bed. It had 3 different sized closets … one could have housed the wine cooler to provide more space. The view was nice but with the weather being kinda crappy we weren’t able to do the outside stuff. We did use the hot tub and theater. Hot tub still had a ton of sand in it from the summer but mostly clean. Theater was a neat experience. Late check in-5pm Early check out-10am No food before 4pm. No confectionery to get snacks or supplies. Must leave property to get breakfast and lunch. No room keeping. No room service. Probably a lot of fun in the summer being right on the lake and able to be outside more.

Property was great location by the lake with great views and lots of insuite amenities...too bad the swimming pool was outdoors, but it was winter season. Only issue is sofa bed is very hard and springy, luckily our young kids didnt mind.

I would definitely stay at the property again. It had a great pool area and hot tubs. The restaurant had fabulous food. Our condo could use a umbrella on the deck. The condo floors could use a good washing along with the outside deck. That were the only 2 things that needed attention. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful location with great apartment
We had a lovely couple of nights at the Cove. The 2 bed apartment was a great size and very nicely furnished with a brilliant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We ate dinner at the Landing and enjoyed it. We also rented a boat from the rental company and a very enjoyable 2 hours on the lake, then spent the rest of our time around the pool. There is no provision for breakfast in the restaurant, and there was no dining availability on our 2nd night, so we went to the supermarket (about 10 mins drive) instead. I would have liked to see reusable plastic glasses by the pool instead of disposable, and a water fountain perhaps.
