Honestly i thought i was going to have to stay elsewhere when my reservation was cancelled in error. But The Royal more than made up for it quite literally Royally. Between the 5* accommodations and the excellent customer service, I can’t imagine staying at any other resort . The parking is convoluted and difficult to find, but once you’re there it’s absolutely breathtaking ng. Don’t even look at the price . Book it. It’s worth it . Shout out to Expedia for their role in helping me navigate the mistaken cancellation.

Overall we really enjoyed the property. Great amenities and great location. However, the front reception is a bit unusual for a hotel. It is very cold feeling and the people at the desk would barely acknowledge you upon arrival or leaving. I had to say hello to them or they would have just ignored us. We were there for 5 nights and everyone was the same. We like everything else about the property.

It was the second time staying at The Royal Kelowna. Everything was wonderful. Staff are very friendly. Beautiful room with view of Lake Okanagan and the mountains. The spa facilities are amazing.

Great location and amenities. Lights around outdoor hot tub and pool are very harsh and bright which distracts the beautiful view. Bathroom towels are very hard as if they are not put in a hot dryer. Bed is very comfy bu the bottom sheet was very worn and bally, So it almost feels like flannel. Other than that great stay! Would stay again.
