Close to the lake.

I would have liked if the room had a safe. They do have safes at the front desk, but it's not very convenient (as you might imagine). I felt that the rooms and the building itself could have been cleaner. The bathroom tile had mould. The carpets on the stairs were stained as were the room carpets. I just feel that for a hotel that's only 5 years old, it could have been cleaner. The pool and hot tub had leaves and other debris floating around as well. Maybe my expectations are too high?

Great Relaxation

Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Location, services, and great layout of the suites.
Cons: Had a hard time finding a luggage rack when checking out at 10:00.
Location: Was perfect location for walking and sightseeing.
Really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs after a day on the golf course. They were perfect temperature. Location is awesome right across from the lake. Close to everything, shops, Tim Horton's only a five minute walk. Nice Pub across the street. View of the lake from the room was very nice in the morning to sit on with your coffee. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel on the beach

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Most everything.
Cons: Minor issue but the dishwasher is very noisy. Would be best to use it when out of the suite.
Location: Located on the beach with a lovely beach board walk. Lots of wineries and good restaurants to visit. Lovely wetlands in Haynes Provincial Park.
Very upscale property with great amenities including pool, spa, bar and restaurant. We only stayed one night so didn't use these but would on a return visit. The chef is the son of one of Canada's most renowned chefs, so one would expect good things in the restaurant. Wine/tapas bar has an excellent menu. Suites are spacious and well furnished.

Great location right on the lake

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: The location and the quality.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: The resort is literally right on the edge of the beautiful lake with easy access to the small town of Osoyoos.
This resort was a great find and in such a fabulous location with easy access to the small town of Osoyoos. I was upgraded from a standard room to an apartment with everything you could possibly need, which was wonderful.

This place is stunning!

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Location: Wineries, golfing, swimming, walking
Everything about this hotel is pretty much perfect. The rooms are beautiful; the staff helpful; the property spotless and well maintained. You feel like you're on some sort of land-locked cruise ship! I'd love to go back.

Great hotel scores almost perfect.

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Bed clean, comfortable. Courtyard restaurant cozy (heirloom tomatoes!). Outdoor whirlpool dreamy - adults only! Classy wood furnishings!
Cons: Getting a table in the courtyard restaurant was a little hairy; they seemed to have forgotten to call us back in our hotel room.
Location: Winery across the water, desert educational centre and trails, walks along the water, exploring the wines in the liquor store.
Wonderful location by the water. We had taken the "red eye" flight to Kelowna and this was a great place to relax before getting into our holiday of touring wineries, etc.

Honeymoon in Osooyos

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Really nice stay
Cons: If possible, a swimming area for children only.
We came here from our wedding in BC. This was one of the hotels we stayed in on the way back home and it was the best of the lot. Very comfortable and very clean. modern and comfy furnishings. The only downsides was the fact that as a couple we found the place to be packed full with screaming children, we had to wait a long time at reception due to the line up of families with screaming and aggressive kids. I thought when booking the hotel that it would be more 'adult' friendly, but sadly this was not the case. When we finally got to the reception, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However we were told that to get to our room we had to go to the 3rd floor and walk up the stairs to get to our room as the elevator did not work on the 4th. However after walking up the last flight a few times, we realised that the elevator did in fact go to the 4th floor!! Also, we booked a 'city view suite' when in fact we had a view of 'Ok tires' and rundown buildings in a town, so I found that to be quite deceiving, however I understand that the view could not be helped. Unfortunately due to the small wee things listed here and the fact that it was in no way possible to use the swimming pool area (was a shame as I really wanted to go swimming on honeymoon) due to the amount of screaming kids, I would have rated this a complete 5 out of 5. However if you are with a family this would be most suited to you.

Was quite expensive for what you get. We were a little disappointed overall because of that.
