I stayed at "road" side, it was a little bit "noisy" by drunken peoples around 3am.... But "other", good location for meals and walking. 道路側宿泊。午前3時頃に少々酔っ払いの方々でうるさい感じもありましたが、食事(朝食、夕食)にもウォーキングするにも良い立地でした。

Great Hotel
The hotel rooms are small but many are in Japan but the lobby is BIG and comfortable and offers, free drinks including alcohol, Ice creams free and more. The staff is helpful and the place looks new. It was easy to do my own laundry. There is no english television so don't expect that. The bed was nice and the bathroom was very big and had a separate tub with shower area outside it. Very nice.

Appreciate amazing and helpful staffs who can be well communiciated in English. The room is tiny but clean. Te massage chair inside the room helped us a lot after a long day out. Wifi in hotel is poor, I use my own Wifi rounter instead. The hotel is surrounded by night clubs and pubs. It is not that close to the attractions as listed. A hassle to walk to attractions nearby at the day keep raining all day long.

There wasn’t anything not to like! The staff were kind & very hospitable. I had a deluxe single room & it was comfortable & the decor was modern & up to date. There were plastic cups in the bathroom but no glass cups which I missed. Good location, but not much choice for eating out unless you are interested in caberet girlie bars.

Hotel facility are very good. To me the disadvantage of this hotel is the location. This hotel surprised by the night club & pub which making us feel so irritating when walk down to the street. To me, although the room are big n nice...but I won’t come back here anymore & will not introduce to relatives & friend too

Value for money
Convenient location, walkable to Kokusai-dori, hotel has a carpark round the back charging 1500 yen a day, however if you return late the carpark is almost always full. Room is tiny, but clean enough, bed very comfortable, corridor very quiet. Value for money and especially good for business stays. Hard to find better value in the middle of Naha city center. Family guests need be aware that the street is basically a red light district at night, only men are seen prowling around, so avoid walking about after 10pm.

The room is clean and the location is convenient, close to the monorail station. The only downside is that the room is very small. We booked a room for four but the room had only two single beds.

Beautiful and clean. A bit small but can’t beat it for the price. Staff was amazing. Main problem was some of the other guest... children running and screaming at the top of their lungs up and down the halls late at night and adults talking loudly in the halls. Other than that it was great! It’s not as close to a lot of the attractions that are listed as within walking distance though.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, the staff is helpful, the area has a few dancing girls clubs, but this is Japan so the still feels safe. The room was a little dated, we got a room for 2 adult and two kids (13,15) and the room only had two twin size beds and no spare beds to request . about 10 minutes from the monorail. Next to a Lawson

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They even prepare pyjamas instead of gowns which were a nice surprise. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Everything was great except for the Wifi connection. I got stuck in my room on one of days of my stay due to a typhoon. A good wifi was essential for work or entertainment. The wifi was so bad that I could not even check my email. I had no option but to waste my day watching uninteresting TV programs. I guess all the other guests at the hotel were also stranded in their rooms on that day, so the wifi network may have been overloaded. But, I think the wifi network should be built to handle all that traffic when necessary. I am reducing the overall rating from 4 to 3 only for this reason.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Ice machine every other floor. Venting machine at lobby. Valet parking. Spacious room for its location. Some restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

My stay was far from acceptable. Staff spoke 0 english and were very unhelpful, could not even help with directions. The room was not tiny so space wise was ok, but no water was provided and the beds were awful, my back hurt after one night. No room service or food optiona either. Only positive note is room cleanliness and Location (walking distance to several restaurants and tourist street). I do not recommend.

Nice Hotel near downtown area
Overall stay was great, nice size room for two people. Kinda far from American village and the nice beaches. Near a lot of clubs for the younger crowd.

Good location with reasonable price
Room is not big but enough for family with two or three. Breakfast is kind of Japanese buffet style. Sufficient and quite tasty. The location of the hotel is 10 min walking distance to main street. Although there are many night clubs around, but the feeling is still quite safe for general tourists. Friendly staff. Good parking lot with charge JPY 1000 for 24 hours. It is reasonable in that location.

Review about the Solvita Hotel Naha
We just stayed at the hotel for a few days. The hotel location is very good and we can locate various restaurants nearby the area. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel facilities are sufficient for travelers like us. Hotel employees are friendly and helpful. One little comment: the bed in the room is too small for a couple. Hope this can improve in future.

Comfortable hotel in a good location - 10 mins walk to the main shopping area, the beach and the port. 5 mins walk to the Yui Rail. One odd thing - there is no where to store your clothes (no wardrobe or drawers), but there is an area to hang about 4 items of clothing.

Convenient Hotel for Night Clubbing.
Everything was good except the sunk bed which caused my lower back pain the next morning. Restaurant is everywhere in this area , and not too far from their famous international street. However , distance to nearest mono rail train station is a bit far , 15 ~ 20 mins walking the least.
