Great location- Close to beach, American village, and Eon shopping Complex. Rooms could use some updating/refurnishing- but were clean and with nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet - had amazing quality steak for breakfast!

Great place to stay, rooms spacious by Japanese standards, staff VERY accommodating. Disappointed that the beach is closed. Small foot pool just outside main lobby needs a cleaning otherwise property very clean. Right in American village so lots of options to eat, but food at hotel was also very good.

Great 5 day stay
The hotel is a bit dated and tired and it is different than your standard US hotel (smaller beds/furniture, only five local TV channels, Japanese style shower/tub), but the room was very large, had a great view of the beach/ocean, and the staff are very helpful.

Family friendly and very convenient for the beach, pool, Aeon Mall and American Village. We didn't have a car but didn't need one. We found it a great location to have a relaxing holiday. As with many Japanese hotels they expect small children to sleep in their parents beds and didn't have any other sleeping options despite us paying for a 'family room'. The mattresses are rock hard and pillows are rice / sponge combinations.

Pool is not in the hotel
This hotel advertises a pool. I spent over $450 for one night over the 4th of July so my kids could use the pool. Upon arrival, I was told the pool is in a different building and is not included in the price of the room. Definitely disappointed and went to the beach instead of the pool. The rooms were nice and clean but the hotel itself is dated.

Look honestly the room was cool. Great view. I just can’t get over the fact that i stayed in an ocean front suite with 2 beds and got charged extra because i wanted my girlfriend to stay at the hotel with me. I was charged an extra 90 dollars just for that. Ruined my entire stay.

Kids friendly hotel.
We stayed here in November. the hotel looks like it has seen better days. Staff barely speaks english. We had a problem with the internet and with the room key. both where fixed promptly but there was a language barrier and we used a lot of hand signs and showing to show the issue. We had a corner room. It was huge! it had a little fridge (perfect to have milk and snacks for the kid). It had a little table for 4, and a living room. Lots of space for the kid to run. The actual bedroom was a little bit crowded. Just space for the king size bed, but with all the space in the common area we didn't need more. The only thing missing to make it perfect would have been a microwave. Breakfast was included, and you can change the breakfast coupons for the lunch buffet. both buffets have a good selection of regional and western dishes. Every day it was the same menu. The restaurant has about 50 high chairs for kids which was great!. We got a surprise because with the breakfast coupons they also gave me some coupons for the baby. Each day I was allowed to change one for: 5 dippers, some milk formula and a snack or drink. this was unexpected and perfect!. I think this is the 1st time I came home with more diapers than the ones I took to the trip. Having the extra snacks was There is no pool, but you can access the pool park next door and they have a warm pool open all year long.

The hotel and staff was nice. Two things that I wish we had in our room is a microwave and at least one English speaking tv channel. We had a very small refigerator but no microwave. We did not stay in the room much but it would have been nice to have a English channel on the tv when your back in the room winding down for the night. Other than that everthing was fine.

Good for honeymoon, not for business
Reserved the family room thinking that we could bring a small army. I was a little surprised that the front desk asked for additional charge for my colleague who joined the trip. For a room already at a rate well above what i would pay normally for a hotel room that was unexpected. So now, this year, of all hotels I have been to, over 4 different continents, this hotel was the most expensive. You get free "onsen" access as well as breakfast which I suppose would be nice if you have time to enjoy it, but i was there on business.... I am not sure to give them my business again next time.

Lovely place!
It sits at a very convenient location where most shuttles and buses pick-ups are. It's near major shops in case if you forget to something. Room is comfy and the breakfast food selection is great!

Hotel was very spacious with lots of amenities. Breakfast was great with lots of Japanese and American choices. Great location and great staff. Only down side was the parking was a bit of a walk from the front door.

Big rooms, great location. Very nice staff. No -- they don't speak great English, it's JAPAN! They don't cater to Us Americans, because it's JAPAN. Very good breakfast or lunch. Some American style things but mostly Asian. Yummy . Rooms are huge. Love the passes to Chula-u. Be sure to use them, onsens are the best. We only used the Japanese floor bath In Our room because that's what we like. I wish I could take the toilet with me. I love Okinawa and it's people and all it's quirks. Have fun and don't expect all the things you expect as an American. Enjoy the differences. Wonderful hotel.

Amazing stay
The Beach Tower Okinawa offers an amazing location to stay near the American Village in Okinawa. The views of the surrounding area are unbeatable. My room was large, comfortable and well kept. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered something for everyone, from eggs to salt-grilled fish. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be staying at this location the next time I go to Okinawa.

Amazing experience- We will stay here EVERY time.
Not only were we 100% satisfied with our stay here, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and western the accommodations are. My parents have stayed at another hotel in the area and couldn't believe how nice the hotel appeared to be from our pictures. The views are amazing as we were placed on the 21st floor and had a corner room. The bathroom was enormous and we pushed the two beds together to make a very comfortable king... (The Japanese people are much smaller than my husband and I 6'4 and 6'0). The breakfast is no regular continental breakfast like we are used to in the states as they have about 15 buffet stations with traditional Japanese food as well as western. The spa is also incredible and we used the heated pool, the Doctor Fish Therapy and the Japanese spa two of the 4 days we were there. The Beach Towers are also on the prettiest beach in the area and very conveniently located near the American Village and a 10 minute walk to Foster Marine Base where my brother and his family live.

This is my first stay at this hotel, I picked this hotel mainly because of its location and baby friendliness when they can provided me baby stuff during my stay. American village and department store are all near to the hotel, room are spacious for family suite, I am sure I will consider to come again in my next Okinawa tour

Very nice stay. They speak no english, but were very accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the American Village which has American food (good to see). The spa next door was included in the room rate.

A little surprising.
Great points first. Hotel was right on the beach. Hotel room was really comfortable and great view. Not so good points-TV in room had no English speaking channels, I know that is minor, but even the staff hardly spoke English, so it was difficult to communicate. My Japanese was better than their English. No wifi in the rooms. In the age of portable devices, this hotel didn't make the cut. I could not leave the hotel without returning my room key. Felt as though I was in a college dorm or a rooming or half way house. There were no irons available in the room and they "ran" out of irons to spare. When I arrived, my luggage was tagged as though they would take it to my room...it was left without a word in the lobby. I lived in Okinawa a few years ago, I was glad of the great changes and evolution of such a great island, but I felt taken back in time with this Hotel. I would not stay here again, but I will return to the area. Chatan cho is a great area.

Stayed here on vacation for 18 days. The room came with free diapers and toys to rent out for our 2 yr old child. The rooms were very spacious inside. Definitely would recommend to someone staying on Okinawa.

Beach Hotel, but no beach.
The hotel is beach front and the view is beautiful, but the beach is not usable. The swimming area is limited to an area surrounded by a net to keep out jelly fish and during low tide there is no water in the area. The breakfast and lunch buffet are okay, very little American food. The hotel swimming pool looked more like a wading pool and was full of sand the whole week. We had passes to ChuLa-U just across the street which has a swimming pool, hot spring pool, and a Japanese bath house, which needs more chairs for both pools, but at least it was a pool. Over all the hotel is clean, the corner suite was roomy, and on the 14th floor we did not hear noise from The American Village at night. This is NOT a beach resort where you can stay and enjoy the beach and ocean, it is just a hotel that happens to be ocean front. You can book tours and activities through the front desk. We booked 2 dive/snorkel trips that were fine. I was expecting a beach resort with beach chairs where I could sit and read and maybe swim when I needed to cool off so I was disappointed. I did not sit on the beach or swim in the ocean once at this resort.
