Location: Good location
I stayed at Baymont for 3 days while visiting family in El Reno. My hotel room was very very clean and the staff was very nice and prompt with service. I'll definitely stay again when I travel there again.

We had stayed here a couple years ago, and were very iimpressed. This year, our toilet was leaking around the seal at the floor, and in general, the hotel had gone down in quality. We booked through Expedia and got a smoking room instead of the non-smoking room I had paid for. The hotel staff was nice enough to loan us an air machine and air fresheners to help clean out the smoke smell of the room. The others I stayed with also had issues with the quality of the upkeep of their room (ie: loud bathroom fan).

Requested a non smoking room and the man at the front desk first put us in a smoking room. When we finally got moved to a non smoking room there was putty on the walls in the bathroom and rust on the fixtures and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Not very satisfied for the amount of money we had to spend on the room.

We had a little trouble with the electric outlets that were too loose and water pressure was a little low. For the most part, I was satisfied.

This hotel was in an excellent location (right off the highway). All areas were well kept and clean and the breakfast offered a good variety to serve any taste.

Unsatisfactory, the hot tub and sauna did not work. This was the second time we stay there and have not worked. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. The little frig didn't work and they had pigeon out side are room that made lots of noise and smelled bad,

The location was convenient--right on the route I needed to go, but I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The hotel was dirty and the bathroom had a terrible funky smell like the toilet had overflowed and dirty water had collected until the flooring. I hope I did not get bedbugs! Had it not been late at night and I was so tired I would have asked for my money back and found a better place to stay.

It was late an we chose this hotel while driving through town. Overall the room was clean but who ever did the shower repair and the shower rod did a horrible job and the shower curtain did not stay in place. They had a nice massage shower head but there wasn't hardly enough water coming out of it to use. It was very hard to ge the soap out of your hair! Staff was not very friendly and when I asked for additional towels and a tooth brush, forgot mine, they wouldn't even bring it to the room.
