Old hotel.

This hotel needs renovating. The first room I was assigned stunk from mildew and the toilet wouldn't flush. Second room was better. A/C was either too cold or not cold enough and the blowing drapes covered some of the outlet. Located in the middle of nowhere.

Pros: King rooms are very roomy. Hotel staff was friendly. Great breakfast in the morning.
Cons: Maybe a on duty maintenance man.
Location: Museums and shopping, restaurants. Close by.
Was pretty easy to travel from hotel to shopping and museums.

Nowhere to eat nearby

Nowhere to eat nearby so ate in hotel. Meal fairly poor - microwaved vegetables that were over-cooked. Ice machine on our floor not working so had to get elevator to floor above.

Online pictures are misleading -- this hotel really needs some serious repairs. The room smelled horribly. Stains on the curtains. Bed skirt very wrinkled. Men's toilet in lobby clogged. It was cheap but you get what you pay for.

Hotel with no jacuzzi and rude staff

arrived at 2:00, check in was at 3:00. Lady had attitude and told me no rooms were ran yet and doesn't know when any will be clean and made me leave and come back later. Hotel was pricy for no hot tub availability with the pool that was shut down. Bed was hard. Had a wedding party in the rooms across and by us, Who slammed doors and fought until 3:00 in the morning. breakfast wasn't available until 7:00 and I had to leave by 6:30 so I could not use that feature that was included in my hotel price. Overall I didn't like my experience, nor this hotel!

The staff was nice and the breakfast was really good. The room was clean but the bathroom door had paint or stains on it. And needed to be refurbished, it was pretty gross. The walls were thin, I woke up quite a few time during the night because I could hear the guy next door to us coughing.

The hotel is very easy to find and only minutes away from the center of Oklahoma City. The staff was very polite and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom area. The only negative part was the bed in the room. The bed was fine but the pillows are terrible! One had the feeling that one was sleeping on a bed with rocks for a pillow. I would recommend you bring your own pillow as the pillows provided will guarantee you will have little sleep and a wonderful headache in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very good and well provided, even though we arrived with only 30 minutes left before it closed. Nice stay for the price.

Check - in kind of threw me off we arrived about 11ish and the lady at counter saw me and just kept doing whatever she was doing, I am tired after a long drive so I let her know I am checking in and then a man walks from bar and says something and they started arguing about how she had to help HIS guest b/c he was not there. VERY GLAD I DID NOT SEE THEM FOR THE REST OF OUR TRIP. The other front desk people were not memorable not nice not mean they were just doing their job. One lady was doing training, which good for Best Western but I did not feel like a guest or a customer. I am not a picky consumer but that was our first impression and it was not very good the only thing that saved them was the house keeping ladies thanked us for our stay and told us to have a good day and to come again. The place was decent but maybe the staff needs a refresher on quality service. Oh yeah bartender was nice very attentive pleasant.

Nice hotel, but has gun buster signs up. Consequently, I won't stay there again
