The hotel was ok. It was old. Not very clean. I did find trash in my room and the sheets were stained. Old musky smell. But overall had a good feel nice location

Do not want to hear that you booked from Expedia

Pros: I don't like the onsite manager which provided a very unprofessional service.
Cons: fire her.
When I came in and met the onsite manager she was ok, but when I told her I have booked online w/ expedia her action turned 180 degree she said I have to wait 45 minutes even though I have the confirmation, then she turned around walked back to her desk and chatted with her co-workers. She did not care, and provided a unprofessional service to me., I asked her was that because I booked online therefore, she acted that way, she responded " huh". I will never stay at this hotel again and not only that I will spread the words to my friends about this hotel. I feel so sorry for the hotel owner to have hired someone like her. I came in about 2:30 pm.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. Would recommend to other travelers on a budget. In short - its an affordable retreat off the road for travelers passing through. ... I have nothing more to say about this subject but apparently this webpage must have so many characters, I find very annoying

The curtains in our room would not open and they were coming apart from the ceiling, did not have microwave or refrigerator coffee pot is in the bathroom breakfast is not free

Pros: Hotel was conveniently located near Interstate 40.
Cons: Guest safety/security could be improved if staff would ask for ID when replacing key cards for rooms! Entire facility needs deep cleaning and remodel.
Our first room that we checked into had a terrible smell of pet urine, and we requested to be moved. After being moved to a room in a somewhat newer section, our room's key card stopped working several times, and we would have to go to the front desk each time to have another one programmed. We felt very unsure about our safety/security though because the staff would ask for only the room number when replacing the key card. Anyone could say they need a new key card and could get into any room they choose!! The entire facility was warm, smelly and terribly outdated. We certainly won't stay here again.

The hotel is very dated and is in need of some new decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but again the bathrooms required some updating.

Pros: at the bar , was like watching jerry springer. rather amusing.. the biltmore located conveniently off interstate and area attractions.
Cons: needs improved from ground up...including staff.
i reserved a smoking double bed. checking in our reserved room was not available. ended up on 2nd floor nonsmoking room pain in the butt to go outside to smoke...-upon request we were given 2 complimentary breakfasts.went to room and the hallways were disgusting. obvious stains in carpet from roof leaks..food/beverage stains and who knows what else. in the room was cleaner-except for im guessing what was vomit on the curtain.in room telephone was above the toilet...had complimentary coffee fixings...but no coffee maker. went to the bar -bombay club- and within 45 minutes had 2 fights breakout(it was only 10pm). drink prices were pricey...but good. everytime we went outside to smoke(nighttime) there were LOTS of people in the parking lot. they had plenty of security walking around property and we were continually asked if we were staying there,which we replied with yes and that was good enough for them.lol they didnt ask to see a hotel key or anything so i guess it showed how concerned they actually were. good that we had been drinking because it made it easier to sleep and easier to tune out the loud buzzer across the street which sounded like a buzzer on a prison gate being opened. waking up we went to get our complimentary breakfast at 830. doors were locked and after waiting 10 minutes at service desk, they called the diner to ask why they had locked up early 9supposed to serve till 9). we were told because they ran out of food. the biltmore used to be nice 10 years ago

Terrible hotel with terrible customer service

I won't have enough room to explain how awful this hotel is so I will say this. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON!! Not one thing went right while staying the weekend at this hotel. I would not make my worst enemy stay at this hotel. Do not,I repeat,do not stay at this hotel!
