Trip to Civic Center

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Tremendous, thoughtful, personable staff.
Cons: Tempur-pedic mattresses, snacks in room.
Location: ALL of the "newly developed" downtown OKC.
Stayed here, they provide free "shuttle" (Mercedes Van!) to the Civic Center to see Phantom of the Opera.

Beautifully remodeled space with a bad mattress

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Wonderful remodel inside and out of the old Colfort Hotel. We had a spacious corner king, but had no refrigerator. Disappointing. The king mattress was old and offered no support in the center of the bed. Very disappointing. New modern shower did not drain well so I was standing in 2 inches of water when showering.

Great location in the city

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Loved how it was appointed. Lovely decor. Clean!!
Cons: Hallways freezing. Husband disliked shower because it has only a half shower door. Looks cool but water splatters outside tub (he is tall)
Location: Loved the attached restaurant!!!! The food, and those who served us!!!! Close to things you may wish to see. Enjoyed Bricktown - Bourbon St. Cafe!!
Loved the room. Beautifully appointed. The service staff is friendly and prompt. When we needed our car, we got it very quickly.

Perfect for a girls' weekend or couple's getaway!

Posted Jul 20, 2014
I love the architecture and history of this hotel. It is truly a landmark in okc. The location is perfect: across from the myriad gardens, in walking distance to all the venues in Brickrown and connected to the Devon tower. My two girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was nice and clean, the beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Flint, the hotel restaurant, is wonderful!

Nice hotel

Posted Jul 15, 2014
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are quite large. The shower area was quite modern. My only problem was that my back did not like the mattress. I had a backache every morning. Other than that I really liked the hotel and staff.

Concert Trip

Posted Jun 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location of the hotel is excellent for concerts at Chesapeake Energy Arena! Only two blocks away and easily within walking distance. For the price this time, the room could have been a little cleaner. But overall a pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay

Very nice comfortable hotel. We enjoyed walking thru the botanical gardens across the street and thought the lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch. I believe the only negative was our brief visit to the Flint on the patio. Bartender informed me that my 11 year old wouldn't be able to stay with us in the bar area (we were actually at a table by the fire fountain- not by the bar) once it got "crowded". We would need to move to the side. We are now at The Peabody in Memphis TN and my children have been welcomed in all areas of the hotel- Including the lobby bar area. :-)

Beautiful hotel in Downtown OKC.

Posted Jun 10, 2014
This was my first time at this hotel. It was a bit pricey but well worth it. The room was very spacious and the decor was very modern. The bell hop was very nice and helped us unload our luggage. Check in was quick and easy. Customer service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. This was our first time in OKC so we had a lot of questions. The staff answered all our questions and were very pleasant.

very nice hotel. right downtown.

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Staff friendliness. Hotel ambiance.
Cons: There is a lack of parking close by.
Location: This hotel is very close to everything downtown and is a destination point for fun seekers.
Great historic hotel right downtown. We went to this hotel while attending our daughters graduation from medical school. It was very close to the venue. Very helpful staff. Great food. Great indoor and outdoor bars. Great views of myriad gardens.
